You can't add notes without upgrading, which is kind of a basic feature. I want to simply mark if they are healthy or sick for the day. If they are sick then second level would be something like "has a sore throat", or fever. I don't want to look through a list of 50 illness to find fever. It just didn't work for me.
Very easy to insert illnesses and treatments. Previously I was using Excel and it was cumbersome. This is quick and simple. So far I am loving it.
Not Free!!! Exactly what I'm looking for, but it took me almost a week to add all my family of 5, just to find that in order to view what I wrote or add notes you have to buy the updated version. That's not making the sight free.
love your app just one problem the treatment won't save, I write and it doesn't safe after I leave. The error has to do with keyboard and if you change it will allow you to enter new symptoms and treatments.
I really like this app. I just wish it had the ability to add a pin lock so medical information isn't as easily accessible.
Will not let me upload profile photos. Please fix this.

Just what i needed.
Just got the app. Put in all my info then tried to go in to add more only to find out that I had to upgrade right away in order to even see the things I had just entered. Don't call it free just say what it is and allow us to decide if we want to pay for it. Will be uninstalling this one
Has been quite a useful app. The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is I have to pay for backing up my records. Backing up is an essential thing to have for an app. Upgrade is a whole different story for improved versions or more added value functions, not in saving or backing up the records especially when it comes to medical stuffs. Hope u wld consider putting in the back up or saving of records.
Great idea, sucky app. This app would be awesome - if it worked. It won't allow you to add your own treatments or symptoms even though they provide a box to do so, there's not a way to actually enter it. It doesn't show what you've entered on the saved page for added treatments. It Froze at first use.
Makes such an important difference going to the Dr when you can say exactly when something started and you can report symptoms you forgot about. Unfortunately • I can't load a photo in the profile ("Unable to load photo" error message). • I'd love a search feature so I can tell the Dr when a particular event last happened. • It would be nice to also be able to change symptom icons too. Fix these 3 things and I'll rate a well deserved 5/5.
