Medication List & Medical Records

It's pretty good so far but a bit insufficient. You can use the app for multiple people and on the main page, you select the person you want. But then when you go into a category and choose an option to view (like appointments or meditations), you have to choose the person again. It gets annoying to choose the person each time you want to view something different even though that person is selected on the main page.

I like the app EXCEPT I cant type in dates. i didnt realize this till after I paid for the premium service, but currently my bithday is in 2019 because swiping all the way back to 1984 would be a pain. Fix that and the app is great. and no, scrolling is not fast. I cant just hit a button and it keeps scrolling back through the calendar, I physically have to move past each month. Maybe have a drop down option where we could actually scroll.

I love this app, been searching for an app like this for a long time. The only drawback I see is under lab results, there is a note section upon entering result. I put the range the result was supposed to be in, but when you go back to that result, the note section is gone. It didn't make any sense to put it there. There is a special note section, but I didn't know I needed to put it in there to keep it. Also on medication list. Not a section on meds to show what it treats. I highly recommend .

Overall a good app for getting all your medical information in one place. Couple things that could be better: 1-No way to enter a date other than scrolling through the months. I'm 70, scrolling to my birthdate took forever. 2-There's no way to edit a doctor name or hospital once added. I misspelled a doctor's name and now I can't change it or delete it. EDIT: I did find how to edit doctor and facility info. I was also able to easily transfer info to a new device seamlessly. Bumping rating to 4.

While it has a few quirks the app is easy to work with if given a moment or two. The one thing I see missing is a way to record and track dates of different vaccinations, ie; flu shots, pneumonia, tetanus, shingle etc. If it had this function would upgrade to premium.

The concept of this app is exactly what I was looking for... a way to keep track of the kind of things a doctor would need to know like medical history and prescriptions. That being said, there are some obvious issues in the user interface. With only one person set up, why should I have to select myself every time when switching between sections? I still say that if only one person is set up, there is no reason to ask each time. There must be something wrong because the year won't change for me

Excellent basic app. Has all fields necessary to track medical history and medications for multiple family members. Can work offline. The process of data entry could be smoother and more convenient, but the bottom line is that this app serves its purpose well. User interface refinements will result in a five star rating.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I had to do a factory reset on my phone and I am caregiving for my elderly mother. I was depending heavily on the app to keep track of all her meds and doc visits but there was no way to restore all that data after I had to reset my phone. All that data is lost and now so am I. I have to go to each doctor now to call them all over again to see where we are at. Horrible experience. Until they figure out how to backup the data, your using this at high risk of losing your data

Since the last update, this is now the best Medication List available! Author did a wonderful job! Great looking, nice menu and handles your entire family with all medications. I paid for the larger of the donations, yet still is full of annoying ads and loud, time-out noise ads. 5 stars to get rid of all those ads, especially when I paid to get rid of them. Also, it would be nice to be able to back up to Dropbox, rather than Google. Google already has way too much of our personal info.

Very strange place to capture weight and height. Need to select member for each selection made. Birth date must go back month by month and is very time consuming. Would like ability to add attachments especially for lab results. Need ability to change height units to metric.

There is no way that I can find to print or import/export the data from this PHR. It takes a lot of time to enter the data though it's neatly organized. It needs more health issue categories and should be synced with medical coding and normal dosages for each medication. Also, medical providers are not listed for you so you have to contact your doctor's office for their addresses, email and voice/fax phone numbers. My biggest problem with this app though is the inability to print and move data.

I like this app. It is simple and easy to use. Has pretty much everything you need to keep track of all family medical information. The program is a five star but I am giving it a three since I am having issues of it using the images it takes and not letting me use stored information that it has. In many instances I can't add family member/dr/pharmacy even though they are already filled and I can pick them. They just do not get added.

I would give it 5 stars, if it had a section for medical conditions. Otherwise, it's a great app, just what I was looking for. Also, a place for emergency contacts, or at least a section where family members' names and addresses can be added. Still, I would gladly pay for this app if it had more features.

This app is a great app it keeps all your medical records. Except when you have to restart or get a new phone you lose everything, even the backup doesnt back up your info and you have to startvall over.

I like it for me. I picked it though because I wanted to keep record of my parents information as well. However I added them to the family list and I'm hitting the upper right hand corner to designate which family member to add the medication name under and it just adds it to my personal medications. not sure why this is happening and how to fix. would like to solve this problem, then I would like better

This app is great. One thing so far is that I am unable to change the year. If I need to insert a year on a surgery I had 30 yrs ago, entering it would take forever having to scroll back 12 months for every year. Need ability to enter a year only or month and year only. Also need a section for vaccines.

Nice app for tracking medical records. Interface is clean and easy to use. Developer is very responsive and open to ideas to make the app even better.

I love this app. A great added feature is the customer service. I had a problem. I sent an email on Super Bowl Sunday and I couldn't believe I got the answer to my question back 15 minutes later. This wasn't an auto reply. A person named Otto replied back to me. This app is free but if they make a paid version I will buy it.

I downloaded this app three days ago. I have not been able to input all meds and information due to the fact every time i input information on med and it ask for doctors infor, it takes you to another screen. After inputting information and trying to return to med editor it takes you to the main screen med list. It never save your information so you have to start over.😤 When inputting med infor if you have a med that has multiple strengths ie...25-100. You can not input that information.

Is a great program. Easy to use and allows all the information needed. Some of the data bases cannot be printed i.e. medical history. But otherwise, i found no complaints.

The only drawback of this app is that you have to type everything in so be great if you update the app where you can upload or sync lab results and medical record with doctors that use My chart and similar health records.

It's a great app. Has all my info in one place. Only wish it didn't have those annoying add. I understand you have to make money. I just hate add. Overall it is a great app.

Had this app previously, uninstall because I couldn't back it up. Tried it again today wouldn't let me put any information in my profile. Couldn't delete family member.(p.s. I believe I paid for this app before how do I find out)

Why can't I just scan my medicine because it will take me almost 4 hours or more to put every medicine in manually and my arm & hands hurt so bad and it's going stiff just trying to put all my medicine in, please fix this problem ASAP please because I really need an easier way to get all my medicine on this app. Please fix this problem please 🙏!

Like that I have info on me for Doc's & and med's from them or other Doc's also has B.P.'s numbers. I'd like a way to match shoots on vac's to fig. Boost or re-start shots so I can set up reminders on when to get them. They have so many defferent time spans! A per list of Recomend Shot be good put a * for passport travel must. Sorry putting work on you program staff. But sounds great to me.

Used to love the app now all of a sudden it's a pain in the assets to try to get to the medication list. My emergency contact have come up as people to choose from for medication list. Only mine is in my phone. Removed app. May try again later.

Been using the Microsoft Health program for a while now, but they decided to end it so I had to find something new. This app isn't bad at all just wish there was a computer version, hopefully in the near future. And it the developer is quick to respond to any questions 👍🏾👍🏾. Keep up the good work!!

l think l will find the app useful. However, l cannot find it in my alphabetical app list. So far, in order too use it, l have to return to the store. l paid for the premium subscription. What is it's title in the apps list?

A bit confusing inputting info. I'm disappointed you have no category to list injuries as opposed to illnesses like anemia, cancer, etc. Can you add that on? So far I'm just putting down "Other" for each past injury input, and I feel it defeats the purpose

I have glaucoma and trying different eye drops. I wish there was a way to save the ones that didn't work. I also have other medications that I tried and they didn't work. If I could save them I can remember them the next year when someone tries to subscribe them again.
