Edit#3: Notifs have been working better since using guide, but unfortunately still not reliably. I had 3 working weekly notifs, but then the 4th missed again. || The theme is nice and clean, the costumization is good without being complicated, and it's pretty much all you could want from an app like this - except for one thing. The notifications do. Not. Work. More than 90% of the time, you WILL NOT be notified. And for an app, which main purpose is to remind you of your meds, this won't do.
Very good so far. I used it for my morning and evening meds for a few days then I decided to subscribe. Monthly or yearly, for the price I choose yearly. I have firmly enjoyed this app. And glad I did the year. So I am going to try all the now open and available features. I sure hope it stands up with the new features as well as the trail features. Thanks for such a good app.
Way too many ads while just looking at the calendar. They interrupt me trying to work on my calendar way too much. I'm so good. Not even a 1 month free trial...A 3 day free trial. Wow.
Monthly subscription? Really? Edit: I did not misunderstood anything. This is scummy behavior. Your app does not warrant a monthly subscription. Just to get rid of the intrusive ads you need to subscribe. Give your users an option to one time pay to get rid of the ads and keep your monthly subscription separate. I uninstalled the app.
Not popping up.... I only hear my notification if I open the app which defeats the purpose of the reminder. I have all notification options enabled but it does not pop up at all.
The notifications are unreliable and have randomly stopped. After only a few days, the app has stopped the reminders without making any changes making it completely useless.
I almost forgot to take my meds because it stopped showing on my notifications. Only when i open the app then it starts to ring continously on my notifications all the missed alerts. Hope you can fix this. This is happening for almost a week already.
I love this app! The only app I use! I just wished it would save all my progress and pick up where I left off on my meds instead of having to reset it up again! When I uninstall the app I lose everything and have to redo it all.
I had a small problem, contacted support and they solved it promptly. Love the app, it's sleek and useful. You need to make sure to add an exception to battery usage, so the system doesn't put it to sleep (as the app instructs you)
Great, does the job. It doesn't annoy and harass you like the medisafe app does. I was always finding that other app overwhelming even though I use it for years. Switched to this one and I'm loving it so much better.
Not Reliable | Intrusive ads I'm a professional petsitter and I use this app when I have a dog that needs meds at a particular time (usually anti-seizure). It used to work great but most recently 1) the notifications either don't work at all or are imprecise (13 minutes late) and 2) have 5 second ads between each screen change. The second is annoying but the first is an absolute deal breaker. Uninstalling
