Medici - Text With Your Doctor

Could not get past the password creation screen before the appointment started because of some bug with the continue button. Had to use Google Duo as a back up to talk to the doctor. Eventually I borrowed a phone to create a log in and used it on my phone to get an account, because they just couldn't have a web page to create the account outside of the application.

I can't fill out my profile because the app doesn't recognize my FULL and legal address! It keeps saying "Must use full address," and CHANGES my address to an arbitrary address that doesn't even exist on our road! So, I am going to have to find/use a different option that works!

I keep getting a connection error. I have used this app for the last 2 months with no problems until now. My chats are not going through. I was using myfreedoctor service which is great. This app is preventing me from reaching them.

It worked ok and was able to connect with a doctor. Then it stopped connecting while in the middle of a consultation. I got charged for the consultation but not able to see the status or my prescription and not able to reach to doctor. Keeps giving an erro "connection can't be established. Please try again". There is no support.

I can't get past step 3, no messages after almost 3 weeks. I do not recommend. I know friends and family who have used it and received help.bi never get massaged back to get the help I need. Maybe something is wrong with this app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, no like co. If you need help, do not bother with this app.

App says "search for a doctor," but asks for a name first!! There appears to be no regional list or (gosh!) map of doctors who might even use this app...so I guess I have to keep plugging in my OWN doctors' names to see if they would even subscribe to this app. Tiresome searching. Nothing is explained. Ultimate fail.

I created an account but haven't been able to connect for doctor names and location..constant error messages..connection cannot be established..very frustrating. My technical son troubleshooted app for permission s etc.no way to send a text without getting another error message..app then locked up Where is helpdesk support?

App wouldn't accept my address or local pharmacy, even when I tried to use the choice selected by the app itself. The app also crashed and restarted when I tried to upload required photos. Good concept, poor execution.

The answer button does not always work. No matter whether you tried to slide the button push the button-down and hold it or just tap the button it would not answer. After a while it would work I'm talking like maybe a minute 2 minutes. If the call did go through the doctor could not hear me or see me and I could not hear the doctor or see him. This program is not ready for prime time use. And needs to be rewritten so that it would be work better.

I used the Medici app back in May and recently highly recommended it to one of my friends. After reading a couple of the negative reviews however - I knew I had to post my extremely positive experience. Although I can't remember exactly what I did to install the app on my Android I don't recall having any problems. Then, once I accessed my desired Dr. (& after submitting my thorough medical history, height weight, etc.) I received my prescription promptly. :)

I cannot even create an account as it has no selections for what country I am in. The first thing the pops up after clicking "Create an Account" is "Select your country below" with a blank blue screen.

Useless. Doesn't do anything it says it does. If you try to get help, they resend the useless incomplete instructions. Hope you don't need it for anything medically important, like I do. Have fun and good luck. I'd rate negative stars but I can't.

I received spam texts that "a doctor" was inviting me to download this app. So, I downloaded the app but then realized the texts was spam after 2 more texts with random doctor names were sent to me. It turns out that it was not actually a doctor of mine & it was a spam marketing campaign so I deleted this app & now think it is unethical, untrustworthy and trying to harvest our personal data. Be careful everyone.

Sent 2 messages since downloading app last week. No response for either message. I'm very sick with COVID & really would have appreciated some help. Guess I'll be deleting instead of waisting phone space.

I downloaded this app,made an account, messaged them,and its been almost a week now,& still no reply. It says in the messaging page that they usually respond within 12 hours,NOPE. I messaged 3 times. Not an attentive support staff here I suppose.

The search function is completely useless. No matter what city (I tried cities in 4 different states) it only offered 1 doctor for all three cities which is ridiculous. Is there only 1 doctor available if you do mot have an invite. Waste of time.

This was amazing. I selected freedoctors and was able to make a donation afterwards. I picked up my ivermectin and have 2 refills. Beginning to end it took 1 week. What a blessing to have this when the world seems to have lost its mind.

App needs lots of work! 1. I keep asking it to send me a new link to resset my password, but it never sends the link so I am stuck! 2. How do I add my kids to the account so they can get an appointment? Seems there is no way to do that. 3. Can this app please also be PC compatible?

What happened to first do no harm? I was abruptly cut off from my doctor as they apparently"deplatformed him". Seems they are joining the ranks of big tech bullying. Not only effecting me but a several patients that rely on him to help patients in need, especially during the pandemic. This wreckers and potentially deadly!

Unable to create an account. Please fix this. When I tap the create account button, I am asked to select a country. However, no drop-down menu or input field is displayed.

I tried to set up a televisit and messaged them 3 times without any response. Then they wanted me to donate money to them. I said for what? Services not rendered??? 🤦 Uninstalled this useless garbage. It's a scam.

I had Covid terribly and kept going to the hospital (4x). The hospital diagnosed pneumonia, and my oxygen stats were in the 70s and 80s. They said I didn't need meds and oxygen all 4x and released me. I had to use these doctors to get medication, and I finally started to improve. These doctors really helped me.

So far, so, feel out of my depth as I am not good this smartphone stuff. Usually just phone and text. But it gives me hope. Don't know how to take my photo.

First of all thank you Medici for helping people. The app needs to be updated, because it does not allow to put in personal notes for the doctors to read. And or to add multiple pharmacies onto a person's Medici profile. Multiple pharmacies are needed to be added on the Medici app because some are more expensive on certain medications than others. Especially when it comes to searching and comparing prices on the Good Rx app. Please allow for more pharmacies to be added, thank you.

This is a great service if your doctor is connnected. My problem is I dont know how to reopen a discussion? Help line has still not explained.

Terrible experience. I spent a lot of time completing the required forms and have been waiting for over 2 days and still no one has contacted me. Finally went to local doctor.

Unable to log in Uninstalled and installed numerous times and asks for thumbprint. Log in is overlapping with other words. Have a scheduled appointment for tomorrow and won't be able to attend

GREAT DOCTORS AND GREAT APP!! understandably contact takes time due to load so dont delay if you feel the need. After it starts it rolls very quickly and efficiently

Would not let me get past profile. It stopped. I have an ill senior cat and this a flawed application. I develooed apps for over 35 years..so I know how IT Should work.

We've done a few Dr. visits via Medici due to covid. All went well except living in the mountains our internet isn't the best so we had trouble viewing each other and dome lag/talk over. I like that the Dr can email the appt and I just click to join. And I like that I can IM through FB msgr directly after the appt.
