It keeps crashing whatever I try to open in the app.

The app has stopped recognising my subscription. It logs me in with my account, but says there is no subscription associated with the account. The website still (correctly) recognises that I have a subscription. I have logged out and in, and reinstalled but this hasn't helped. I'd like this fixed ASAP, as casting to chromecast on the TV is the best way of watching!

Horrible app to a wonderful channel. I just subscribed and I love their material, but the app is useless. I cannot search anything, it doesn't show a lot of the videos that can be viewed on an internet browser, and lastly, the worst part... whatever I try to watch, it gives me an error called "Can't play this video". Please update the app soon.

It's all true - this is a truly dreadfu app which will not work on Android. The worrying thing is that the problem has long been known about and nothing has been done.

Quit working on android. Reinstalled still not working. Support from Medici TV non-existent. Don't like paying $200 for a subscription that can't use.

Does not work for me on Android phone or Chromecast. What a shame. I will probably cancel my subscription. Too much effort to figure out how to make it work. Listening on my computer is not an option.

I have installed in another way in an Android Box (M9S) by downloading the apk file instead. M9S has Bluetooth which feeds directly into a Bose noise cancellation headphone. Both the video and sound are top top rate. Hope the tech section of medici can work on it re a cell.

Android app simply cannot play any video...I've downloaded it and logged in, but it won't work. Huawei P9

There's no point selling subscription if the app wont work. How can I refund?

This app worked at one time but now when I try to "Watch the live" it tells me "Unfortunately, medici.tv has stopped" and the program closes. This is really too bad, as I had been enjoying watching.

The app that Medici and the great works they present live-for free. I've been a fan of Medici since their start and this along with TCM was the app I've been waiting to be done right. Now if TCM would add Chromecast support...

Amazing that some stuff is free, but the mobile app itself needs some more polish. Awesome that it works for chromecast, but after the app is minimized the first time you can't get back to the video's play screen without restarting it. Also the timing with the skip function is often off, it will skip to a few seconds after they start the piece. Trying to move to a different time with the play bar is also finicky as when scrolling you can't see what time you are at. But I do love this app, other than a few complaints that can be fixed.

Doesn't play live broadcasts under Android 6.0 without FC

whole Mezzo TV service just doesn't work...i tested the service on several devices and various operating systems (with and without the app) and it is not working - on Android the app freezes and crashes all the time before even starts to play any video, on Windows (without the app) service is working for about half an hour and then freezes, on Mac OS (El Capitan) is working for about ten minutes or so before stops working and freezes...and i have very fast connection and bandwidth ( i'm watching several services without any problem, like Netflix in 4K , NBA live in HD etc ), so the connection is not the problem - Medici TV is selling the service they can't deliver, so please be aware and do not buy the subscription before you test the free content on your device(s) for at least several days or even longer - please note that if free content doesn't work, it doesn't get any better after subscription, and it is virtually impossible to reach anyone on Medici TV for any help or technical support ...

Totally useless. Will not even run on my Xperia Z5. So disappointed - I desperately wanted this to work.

This app does not work. I wanted to watch Joshua Bell at the Verbier Festival but this app kept shutting down.

And has wonderful subtittles ..but it would be awesome if the size of them were bigger

I used this app on my tablet and enjoyed it thoroughly for about a year until I updated it. Since then, it just won't work - hanging most of the time just like the other reviewers describe. I give 2 for the sweet memories of the way it used to work before - otherwise it would have been 1!

The content is great but access to it impossible. The app doesn't work. I' ve tried on my smart TV, my tablet and my phone. NO WAY IT WILL WORK!!! I have a suscription, which is quite expensive and so far havent been able to enjoy the content in the channel. I want my money back!!!!!

Has recently begun stopping and become unusable. Has always been very slow to initiate. Latest version still stops using samsung tab there doesn,t seem to be a way to communicate with medici. I would like my money back.

I installed the update a few weeks ago, and it would hang right after I launched it. I didn't have time to try to figure it out until today. Go into your Android Application Manager, stop the app if it is running, clear this app's cache and all its data. Then make sure you are in a good network, ideally on WiFi not cellular, then launch it again and put it down and walk away for a minute or two. It needs to so something in the background for it to recover. Seems to be OK now but I will report back if not.

I'm a subscriber. The app stopped working. I get either a purple screen that won't go away, or the basic look what's on screen without actual shows (like a template) that then crashes. Very disaapointing, I used to enjoy medici's programming.

I'm a subscriber and I've only been able to access about 5 times after trying about 20 times on each attempt. Done everything suggested in forums. Emptied cache, rebooted frequently, reinstalled app. Highly disappointing and a great shame. PLEASE find a solution - I want to be able to give 5 stars!

It will not start. Just hang forever. Medici should not launch an app so buggy and left it unattended. Very unprofessional.
