It's a fine app... Except some momentary glitches and errors in the notes, it does well... Would have been nice if I could avail notes through this app itself..
Worst experience ...videos take a lot of time about 2-3 Min to open or sometimes shows error instead having high speed internet or after saving the video
Everytime I opened the app, it crashed every time. Tried uninstalling and installing again, Now it's working again. And the customer care called back immediately to help me when it crashed. Thank you
Deepak sirs notes and videos are really helpful....sirs unique way of teaching is easier to understand and grasp the topic.
Even nursery rhyme apps load faster and run smoothly than this app.. Content is good but the app is a nightmare..looks like it hasn't been updated since 1700 BC
no doubt DM sir's Teaching is very fantastic...but..the problem is in this app....videos even don't open most of times...always say..video is taking more than expected time...this problem is since last 1 year...have mailed many times..still these people don't resolve it..now they will call me again and ask me to clear cache of app..or uninstall and install the app....i have done this 100 s of time...still problem is not resolving....thats why prepladder is not gaining students trust..
The video is not loading at all. Even the downloaded ones. It just keeps showing that the video is taking longer than expected. I reinstalled it, deleted cache, tried everything. What should I do now?
On watching only one video half of my net is used. Can't even watch more than one video. It has been a waste of money for me.
The content of application is great but there are lot of login issues which affects the overall experience of study. Also while watching the videos if third party notification comes the application hangs and we have to restart over. Please prioritise user experience and check if these kind of issues doesn't affect user experience.
Everytime i open up downloaded video ,it shows error even with my internet open ,issue occurs every other day ,please resolve
Such a wonderful app! Crisp, concise, to the point and a brilliant way to battle out mcqs. Plus, the technical support team is sooo gooood, extremely prompt and helping!👍
1. I can't download some specific videos, it shows error : "please check your internet connection" but at the same time, i can downlaod other videos without error. So app is having some problems. 2. When video is being downloaded, slight decrease in speed or connectivity stops the process and it gets interrupted. Which usually should not happen, it's frustrating to start downloading again and again.

Sir ur videos r very crisp n clear.. To the point.. Hindi videos are also too good . As medicine is vast.. U need concised one to revise... These videos awesome to revise.. Rapid revision n integrated videos are very much high yielding .. Helpful in last days before exam...
Its one of the worst app. 3 hour long lectures i have downloaded 3 times and they keep having errors and i have to download them again and again.
The app has so many bugs It's becoming very irritating as it crashes everytime I'm trying to watch a new video. The app hangs when i want to download and watch them. Please fix this. It is very necessary as we don't have continuous wifi. Downloading the videos and watching the downloaded content is not smooth in this application.
Dr. Deepak Marwah is a celebrity in the medical field. Everything he does, is for his students that are situated worldwide. The content in this app is marvelous and has all the important information to clear various examinations. The app keeps hanging n crashing up at times
I was in a chaos , what to study where to study. From my experience for medicine you don't have to search for any other mentor. Deepak marwah is the best 👍💯 the way he teaches, you will be able to Memmorize it on your finger tips. All the very best sir. You have given me a ray of light.

Really an inspiring and helpful app. I like the way dr. Deepak marwah teaches. I like his way of teaching especially cardiology.
Despite having quite good content, this app fails on so many levels. This app crashes more times than it works and ironically the downloaded videos don't play at all with or without internet connection. Despite having topics being lucidly explained, it's of no use if the users can't access it.
I have an issue with videos, technical problems but they resolved it very soon thank you sir looking forward to see medicine videos by doctor Deepak
My downloaded videos are getting deleted on their own. This has happened for more than 10 times till now. Please HELP.
The content is good but app has soo many issues u won't be able to properly grasp the content. Please bring out proper changes to make learning experience of students better. We can't even watch full one video without bugs. Whole screen gets black all of a sudden while ur watching a lecture and it occurs multiple times to make u very irritated.

I m stuck in OTP verification, tried so many times. After entering OTP, it's just stuck there. And I can't even reset me password. It's asking old password, now if I would remember the old password why would I need new one. Fix it soon.
