Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

Good app but definitely has a need for improvement. 1) Not consistent with sending refill requests, when it's not allowing requests I end up calling in the refill which defeats the purpose of the app; 2) would be efficient if the prescription number would automatically update when a new script is received; 3) Would be ideal to have notification when refill # is at one or delayed; 4) Ability to send/receive messages. Not perfect but it definitely has potential and improved from last design.

Notifications to take meds are useless. No sound alarm. Just shows up at top of screen. If there is no audio alarm and I am not actively on my phone I won't get the notification until I look at my phone screen again. I searched and searched the whole app, even went into phone settings under apps. Saw nothing about reminders exept time to set them. Nothing about alarms. Other than that it seems fine. But that is a huge problem to have for anyone who is forgetful or just gets busy.

Me and my wife use the app. We have the exact same versions, they look totally different, it doesn't list all the information about each medicine, it only shows the name and rx# and thoseareveryold. We have been using the medicine shop for years. On my app it list all of my meds, when it was filled last and the refills left. In her app it only lists 4 meds.

This app is very useful for keeping track of your meds and makes it easy to order refills. My only request is that if a prescription is filled outside this app that it be recorded in the app as well to help coordinate recurring meds to be filled all at the same time. Currently I refill one with this app, then two days later another is auto filled but does not show in app as filled so its hard to coordinate fill dates in the future.

The App Needs Work. You key in the prescription numbers and the names. It doesn't track your remaining refills or when you last refilled a medication. Nothing is added automatically. It's basically an electronic notepad to keep your prescription numbers on that'll submit refill requests for you.

it's a good platform for really simple information & tasks. but not nearly as many options as could be useful, or even necessary when it comes to finding information about your prescriptions. if the store is closed & you can't call yet, there isn't any way to look up information about scripts in progress, their status, etc. literally no way to find any of that information. A chat service would be helpful as well. the app and website are both like this. not hating on it. just could be better!

I like this app, once we enter all our meds etc, it'll be easy to reorder, ask questions, change pick up, drop off, etc... it's a great app. only thing I would suggest is that there be a medication name/rx # index in our personal profiles. by doing that when we have only the Rx # showing we can match it to the name without looking at all the bottles to identify it...

This app does not tell you when a prescription has been received, is pending approval or processing. It only indicates when it is ready for pickup. My local Medicine Shoppe was not even aware the application existed. I love the pharmacy and the staff but phone calls to check status should not be necessary. The app provides me with useless info. It does not indicate if I have refills available that I should be indicating I need. They are a small busy shop...a better app would help

After setting up the account via the mobile app, can no longer access or login. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, tried to re-register, and change my password all without success. Only able to access/login via the online patient portal.

App disappears when I try to enter my password, it will let me sign in as a guest of course this is not what I want, this app worked better before the last update! I have to call in my meds now. Please fix login screen.

So easy and convenient to use! No waiting to call during business hours. Love the app and the staff at our local pharmacy are very friendly and helpful.

very happy to have this app. I take my pills at night. Now when I run out I can easily turn in a refill. No more struggling to read RX#s without my contacts. ha!

Getting it to accept a password was quite a challenge. My first attempts used 12 character passwords. The one that worked was exactly eight characters.

I'd give this app no stars if possible, sorry to say. Very clunky, not showing already filled Rx's & doesnt allow for text notifications.

shows the same medication multiple times making it cumbersome to find which one to refill. difficult to input a prescription number for refill. barcode scanner doesn't work correctly, it inserts a preceding zero so the last digit is lost. needs major work

August 2019 update is terrible. instead of letting me queue up meds for pickup at a later date it just says it's too early and i have to call the pharmacy anyway to get the ball rolling. makes this app pointless since I've had to start calling again.

Easy to use. Would give 5 stars but old medications continue to reappear after they've been deleted. This makes you have to search through to the new refills every few months. Otherwise, great app.

Easy to do refills even if there are no refills left. The pharmacy will fax the provider with refill requests. Very well done app. Pleasantly surprised that a small company has such a well done app.

Delivery to home option does not work on drop down menu. The only option that works is for pick up medications at pharmacy. Patient / family are waiting at home and medications never arrive. Please fix. Thank you for your attention to this matter in advance.

Amazing app and an even better pharmacy ! Thank you Mike, Franny and staff for always going above and beyond. This is my one stop shop for everything. They will even do custom orders for over the counter items if they can get them. I dont know what I would do without them anymore !

This app was suggested to me by a friend,but as I tried to download it it will not even install after downloading. Once I get to the part that I need to put my area code in it will not go past that point. Work needs to be done to work out the bugs. I would really like to have this app if it would work the way that it is supposed to,

The app keeps putting my medicine shoppe pharmacy in Michigan. I am in Missouri. There is no way to force it to look at the correct location i.e. search by zip etc. Completely useless in it's current state.

So far so good with the app. As far as the pharmacy goes they are beyond exceptional. Considerate of others and knowledgeable about medications as well as insurance plans.

I am really liking the App so far! Very iser friendly. On reminders, I would like to hear a sound when it is time to take my meds. Also, is this app good across all my devices?

Terrible app, doesn't show prescription name, only RX no. Doesn't notify me when prescriptions are filled and ready for pickup, nor does this Medicine shoppe call me to notify me of prescriptions filled, instead, I have to call them multiple times a day!!

the best, easiest and contactless way to get my prescriptions. I highly recommend this app to refill and check your prescription progress.

Is there any way the app can be changed to except like 180. Which would allow medicine taken 2x a day with a 90 day refill to be entered. If not I will search for possible alternatives.

Best and only pharm I will use. They are more personable, and helpful. only after few weeks transferring from Luzerne med shoppe they knew me by name and what meds I was there for. My grandmother used the one in Hazleton and it stuck with me now at 42

After switching from a nation wide pharmacy to the Medicine Shopp in Grayling I could not be more satisfied. The transition period had a couple minor growing pains but other than that I can't say enough about the staff from the owner on down. I forgot what home town service was like as was well consistent professional behavior. The whole team is great and just want to say thank you and appreciate all your hard work.

I can never get my meds ordered through this app. I constantly says an unknown error occurred try again later. Very unhappy with this app
