Previously I left a report on the bug: "Currently it is impossible to get an appointment for ultrasound: when you try to choose the type of diagnostic test, there is only "no data" option, and the button "Search" remains inactive." I received a nice reply, that I should write a dedicated email to report this bug, and maybe then someone will take care of that. Are these reviews in Google Play useless? Could a team replying here report the bug on their own, without more effort from a customer?
I used this app for 5 minutes so I don't have to make appointments on my computer. After 5 minutes I went back to the computer. UC designers cried when developing this... Thing
Forces user to update app and re-enter credentials during medical emergencies.
Application itselfs is okay. Works good and I can barely remember any hanging or other issues. However setting the language based on device setting is a nightmare. I work in international company but really when I want to make an appointment it is waaaay easier to choose specialty in Polish rather than English.
The app is basically useless. There is no doctor available for almost any speciality, for the last half a year
After app update there are an issue which block bokking an appointment (please do not say thank you for test management) If local phone settings not English or Polish (product owner can't imagine worldwide many other languages) - you cannot book an appointment. Once you switch to En or Pl your language phone settings it works! I guess an issue with the survey related to covid, which embed before booking. So please fix it. And get penalty from company who release new app version. Thank you.
Not reliable. I booked an appointment and had it added to my calendar by the app. When I appeared at the given time I was told there's no appointment scheduled. Upon opening the app, it removed the calendar event.
Have some issues and delays. There is a room for improvement But still good app :)
On multiple occasions appointment events in my Google calendar were added with a wrong time, or not added at all, which caused me to miss my appointments or arrive early. I have 3 Google accounts on my phone, and the Medicover app keeps adding the events to my business account, not my personal one, and there is no way to configure that in the app.
I have installed the app, but I can't log in. I can access it online on the website, but accessing in the app is impossible, it keeps saying that the log in details and password are incorrect, even if these are correct
English version is not full. Some parts are only in Polish
Impossible to switch to the Polish language. == Update after developer response -- This does not suit me and many other users. There are millions of foreigners in Poland. Do they all have to change the device's language? Or maybe the device?
Great app, easy to use, everything I need is there. I would like to suggest to update the list of provided services on each medicover center.
Calendar appointment notifications show up as birthdays... that's pretty weak or is it a suggestion to bring flowers and sweets? Appointments don't always get booked. Can't change language and the timezone.
Application the same as medicover service including office staff doesn't work well. Notification of my not cancelled visit remains on the app even though from service support I was told that it should disapear. No other actions towards my assistant request were provided. Pathetic service
Error: error received from the login page, with the correct credentials, which work on the web page. Support did not provide any updates after the investigation started.
App. Is making several appointments for the same visit in the phone calendar. It also does not update the calendar after cancellation or update of the appointment.
Log in details work on the website but not on the app. Don't waste your time downloading this rubbish until they bother to offer a version that works.
In english version of an app there is no "laryngologist" doctor speciality to choose, whereas in polish there is ! App do not remind about the visits - do not put event in phone calendar app, nor it displays the reminders by itself.
Cannot login even if my details are correct... On the website, i cannot make the appointment because of a server error. These tools are useless since I still need to call.
Application stopped working, when trying to login received just message "Error" with no details why? What's the point of the app if it's not working:(
Why you're using my phone locale for application interface and not allowing me to choose another one? I use English for phone language, but I want local language and can't choose the language. Why?!?!
Missing prescriptions, inability to back out of certain screens which forces closing of the app. The inability of this to work has left me for 3 days without essential medicine
Unfortunately, they employ hardly any medical staff. Getting any medical help with Medicaver is impossible. Their whole IT system is a total disaster
After fresh update problem with language is fixed, but they're is another one. Huawei mobile services constantly crushes in background, even if I don't run medicover app.
After update, when i log in, all I can see is white screen... Edit. It's working now ;)
Log in credentials work online, they don't work with the app.

No option to switch language to Polish. That's really a big issue for a lot of people.
Funny bug: setting the lang to PL does not change the UI lang to PL. (Settings/"application language":polski). On excercises screen I saw "excersises for back pain" and "ćwiczenia wzmacniające stawy...". I will not recommend this app to my parents.. yet. IMHO it is too confusing to use at this stage of development. Good thing that MOL webpage is still an option. I'll keep using managed profiles. App ver.: 1.5.51
