Meditation Experience

I love the meditation programs. However the app is having serious operation problems. I cannot use the message function to contact for help. After I purchase a meditation it does not appear in my library. This is the second time this has occurred in the past 60 days. I must message for help, but alas, as stated before the messaging system inside the app is not working. Very frustrating.

This, without a doubt, is the most disorganized and broken app I have ever downloaded. The layout makes zero sense, the tutorial is a series of confusing and cumbersome walls of texts, and there is no way to access gift purchases. For a meditation app, I'd rather sit at a construction site than waste my time trying to navigate the grossly ineffective design, lack of features and broken options.

Worth the price! I used this app during the free trial and thought i would never be able to afford the paid content. Three years later i finally paid for two "albums" worth of 21-day meditations and i am very satisfied. The thought of the day is always helpful, insightful, and encouraging. The meditation is just long enough to be challenging but still doable. The mantras give me something to return to when my mind wanders. There are also journal questions for each day.

Great app that gets more intuitive with each update... The free program is always a pleasure and when you think about it, compared to everything else one might do for their mental (and physical) health, the pricing for the expanded programs is pretty fair. I definitely recommend this to all of my friends and family and to anyone reading this. What have you got to lose?

Individual course are too expensive. The dollar pricing (which doesn't comply with EU regulations) is no charged in equivalent local currency when you go to purchase. I was completing a free course but am now locked out and the contact us functionality isn't working. Apparently there is a subscription version, but only available on iPhone. Please create the subscription version for Android. If the price is equivalent to Calm app I would gladly subscribe.

After 3 days, I have lowered my rating to one star. Tech support advised me to uninstall and reinstall the app, but it still crashes in the middle of each meditation! I was extremely excited about this opportunity, too bad the app won't let me experience it! I'm glad I'm not paying for this. Deepak's wonderful work deserves a better platform. **Update: I emailed support about my issue. They were extremely unhelpful and implied the issue was my fault.**

I absolutely love these meditation series. However, this time the app stalled so many times that it had the absolute opposite effect of what I believe was intended. Rather than calm, focused and clear of mind - totally frustrated, irritated and peeved. Just not the usual experience. Dissappointed.

I am always so excited to do the 21 day meditation. This is a great app. Very accessible. The only downside is the journals don't stay with each meditation. for example, I missed yesterday's journal. I go to yesterday's meditation but has today's journal. Each day should keep their journal instead of changing.

What am I missing? I first discovered Depak on Fitbit premium and was excited to use this app to learn more and practice meditation. However, I don't know what to do. Whereas the Fitbit sessions guided me through a process, in this app, Depak makes a statement, rings a bell, then music and then 10 min later another bell. As a novice, I'd prefer more information, instruction and guidance.

Purchased a 21 meditation, but cannot access it. Tried to send an email to customer service to get help, but it says "topic list cannot load" and doesn't allow me to contact anyone. It's very frustrating which is ironic being that this app is supposed to help center you. After many years of deciding whether or not to purchase an experience and finally committing to one, this is a major disappointment. I just want to meditate.

Love it when it works. Twice now I have bought (expensive) programs to have them not show up in my library. I tried to reach the app organizers through their contact tab, but the function times out. I'm not sure how to access the programs I've bought. The sessions I can access (bought 4, can access 2) I love. What's not to love about Oprah and Deepak teaming up? They are very expensive ($50-70 for 21 mantras) Just please, someone fix the app or make themselves available through the contact tab.

Great content but app needs work. I really liked the free meditation but I got to day 22 and I can't access it any longer ☹️. The prices for the meditations are different when I click 'purchase', it goes to 1-click and they're higher. I have to go to the desktop version instead. Also, why is an Android version of the new app not ready? I read through some of the other issues, what's up with all the tech trouble with this app??? Maybe a new approach is required?

I'm sorry to rate this poorly but the contact portion of the site, to reach a person, doesn't function, and I have a code to redeem to purchase a meditation class and I can't reach anyone to fix the problem. Very frustrating. I've used the app for over a year, and this is a consistent problem. Reaching or resolving an issue is impossible.

I've had this app since 2017. Yesterday I purchased some music and mantras as well as a 21-day meditation album. Neither show up in library. All I have access to is the samples of the meditations and music that come standard with the app. Did I just waste $100.

I wish I read the reviews before I spent $50 on a program and have not have access to it..this is a problem. Deepak's meditations are amazing, I love his voice. The issue isn't the material it's the lack thereof when you purchase!! Don't buy anything until they get this resolved. I, like many others, have contacted customer service and have heard nothing. So basically$50 out the window.

I've been trying to sign up, to start with a meditation challenge and the app doesn't send me the activation email. When I try resending it doesn't work, when I try to click on the help center I also get an error message. I've been trying since yesterday, and nothing seems to work, like a cursed loop. Can someone help me with this, please?

Ive been a fan of Deepak for years, and this ap works really well. The only thing I would change would be to enable one to play meditations in the background or with the phone screen turned off. Other than that very specific feedback, everything about this ap, its content, and Deepak are wonderful and I recommend this with all my heart. Thanks Deepak!

This app used to work just fine but stopped working last week. The wheel just keeps spinning and then I can't even close out of the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it many times to no success. I'm using the website now, but it would be great if you could fix the app please.

Bought this because I listened to samples of the 21 day abundance meditation program and wanted to get the full program. Since I bought several days ago I cannot access the program it only keeps showing me the samples in my library prompting me to purchase the full program which I already bought. When I select the contact us function it doesn't work. I thought I had been scammed by a counterfeit operation. If this is the real thing it's quite unprofessional. I would like a refund.

I have been using this app successfully for a while. However, about a week ago I purchased a 21 day series. The app and my credit card show the purchase had been made but I can NOT access the Perfect Health meditation I purchased. The Costumer Service contact portion of the app is also not working.

I purchased the program, it won't show among my purchases. Tried Uninstaller and reinstalling, it doesn't work. Tried to contact support, got an error message. Very frustrating

I purchased a meditation. I still cannot access it. It shows as purchased in credit card. When I try to re purchase it says I already own it. I already emailed no answer yet. I will be disputing the charge in 4 days and deleting the ap if someone does not get back to me in that time. So much stress just to destress.

Just as countless people before me, I cannot log in, as the activation mail never arrived. Tried several mail accounts (and, yes, checked spam). I'm delighted that customer service on here seems great, but disappointed that this hasn't been resolved on the tech side. The challenge started today & I was eager to join.

I am having a very bad experience with this app, because it's not opening on my device. I have tried different internet connections, i have uninstall the app, i have deleted most of my others applications, thinking that it's a space issue, but still, i cannot open on my device. I think they are using a different version, as i was able to access the meditation audio before. Sad, and frustrating. Well what can i say, its my loss, unfortunately!!

Latest upgrade times out and doesn't finish meditation to the end, turns off if you turn the screen off for darkness while meditating, and won't play through meditation continuous loop like the previous version I had installed. Highly recommend you don't install latest version.
