Meditation Timer Assistant
This application will help your practice by giving you an easy to read overview of your progress (see screenshots), as well as display your meditation streak. Your streak is calculated based on the number of consecutive days you have recorded at least one session. As your streak grows, "not breaking the chain" becomes quite important. Soon you will be meditating once a day, even if it's five or ten minutes out of your schedule.
A major feature in this application is the ability to share your sessions online. Though entirely optional, sharing your progress online adds another dimension to your accountability. Now that you've gone public, as your streak increases more users will see it as a goal of their own. One user has posted over ONE YEAR! of consecutive days of meditation. Could you achieve the same?
Going online is not necessary to gain incredible benefits from Meditation Assistant. Save your sessions locally to your device, and you will not be penalized or harassed in any way. The online community is there if and when you choose to use it.

6 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Started using this because it doesn't have ads and the OS isn't auto-pausing it like other ones I've been trying. Also it has quite a few features. Best of all is how it can continue count beyond the times session. Eg today I set 10m but ended up doing 20m. Great touch & hence the extra star! The UI isn't pretty but that's not as important.
I'm sorry that it doesn't sync/export my activity to Google Fit (the timer in the 'Waking Up' app does). On the other hand, I love the fact that this app has the option to set the volume automatically - seems small but it's a really great feature!
It is a nice app. My only issue with it is the Gong sound at the start never makes a sound and Gong sound at the end makes sound some days but on most days it doesn't make a sound. My eyes are closed while meditating so I don't know when it's over.
I set my meditation session for 1 hour. It often ends and rangs at right 1 hour but sometimes it stops at 1 hour +1 or 5 minutes later. The "Battery saver" has set to "no restrictions", auto-start is "Enabled" and "Clear cache" to "Never". What's the problem?! Thanks for responding.
Great app for meditation, straightforward not many bells and whistles. It is nice that sessions can be synced with Medinet.
What i looking for, after try many apps. Simple, set to - open app, click meditate, turn off phone, end sound, (automatic save) and close the app
App simple and functional however my only problem and a major one at that is no ability to set an interval timer ... like if a meditation session is 10 minutes I would love to set a Midway timer that gongs after 5 minutes
Excellent, clear and nicely customizable app that I've now used for three years. Has definitely helped in my practise.
I wanted a gentle reminder for when I needed to stop meditating and this does exactly that.

Working now. Just a question. I had uninstalled it when the bug was there. Now I am not able to get the uploaded session from medinet
If a release is pending because of Google then please say so.
New update to the App has introduced bugs. I am not able to even launch the app, gets stuck at the splash screen. No button visible to navigate. Really hope the dev can fix this. This app has been my daily driver. Would hate to move away from this.
Not working now when it is needed.
No annoying ads. All the features I needed with no bloat. The app is intuitive to use, ite interface is efficient, and it's straight to the point. My only minor quibble is I would like more control over the interface colours. Also would be handy to have more control over presets, ie set specific intervals for each one rather than just start end. It's a keeper. Would pay actually if they introduce a pro version.
