MEDITECH MHealth

My CT and blood work was done last Friday. I was given the instructions at the desk with the info to put in. I have had to talk with technical support 3 times now. I finally got in and it finally recognized me which it didn't do before, but now that I am in there is no information there. I know that the reports are back! I have had to download three other portals and have not had one problem downloading any of them !!! This has been very difficult to say the least. You need to fix your system!

Most annoying app and website ever. Doesn't allow password managers, resets your credentials when you don't remember your security questions, and locks you out so you have to call!!! Maybe think about text message verification or email verification? It's 2022 and we still have to fight with websites that intentionally interfere with input.

Horrible app. When it functions, there isnt much value to it. Other health and hospitals use ONE app so everything is accessible. Shouldn't have 1 app for hospital and one app for the doctors. I've been able to help my mother with all her medical stuff through IHC portal which is easier, user friendly and has EVERYTHING in one place. The VA app is also much easier to help my dad as well. I can't help myself at all with this garbage. This app is awful. Awful. Awful.

My husband and I love this app. It comes in handy for appointments,since we're getting older and sometimes are forgetful. We had problems with the app,in the beginning but was told that if we didn't use it at least once a month, we would have to call and get it set up again. Thank you for making things easier for us.

For the last several weeks I can't read x-ray or mri reports. This is what it says: PDF.js v2.9.359 (build: e667c8cbc) Message: The API version "2.9.359" does not match the Worker version "2.8.336".

It's ok, but doesn't allow printing of reports which is necessary when going to a different facility.

Cannot enroll. Tried it about five times, I give up for now. But I'll try again when I have more patience. I mean how hard is it to fill out your name email address and physical address and age? Apparently I don't know who I am. Thanks a lot hehehe. I give 😤

Unbelievable!!! To begin, it took nearly a year for Meditech to establish my account. Although I was able to log-in one time, the app has rejected my credentials ever since. This means that the message I received from my doc's office can't be accessed. Since I can't reach the app administrator about these issues, and they have never returned an email or VM message, I've decided to find another physician at a different facility. Shameful!

It used to be a great app. Now it is really difficult to use. Most times, when opening the app, I get the message: SSL Certificate Error, it takes a lot of time to open the requested option, it freezes often. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but I got no improvement. I am missing the old style app which was also better looking ( not that the outlook counts).

Using almost 1 year; Galaxy S7. Great app. Has all the info I want, nothing I don't. I like that it is simple-looking, easy to use, and not all cartoony and fluffed up graphically. Would get 5 stars if I could print from it and if it would actually send a notification to the top of my phone like every other app, ever. Overall, I really love this app. Bummed for people who can't get it to work. I noticed my hospital updated their computer system and now all results are 1-2 days later.

Used to work beautifully. It saved my password, and entry was a breeze. A week ago, it said "cannot connect" for about 3 days. Thereafter, it wouldn't save my password. I tried to get Google to help, but it still didn't save. Contact feature is also flawed, cannot update med list, and when I sent a msg via the contact link, it didn't solve anything. I ended up uninstalling the app.

The most irritating app known to man ( trying really hard not to cuss right now) When it actually works, it's great to have all of your information right there. But literally every time I need into the app I have to go through the whole goddamn process to reset my password, to the same effing password. I've never changed the password or username, but it never works to sign in. Then as soon as the app closes, I have to do it all again the next time. Sincerely frustrating.

This is terrible. Every time I try to get in with the app I get error 404. When I get an email from my doctors office with a link, I have no problem. So now anytime I wish to send my doctor a message through the app, I have to search for an old email and go that route. This worked at the beginning (except saving passwords) but since the first update, it hasn't worked since. Very disappointing. At least Geisinger's works!

Cannot access acct. Have been trying with my portal tech support but cannot reset credentials despite about 20 trys. This is horrible app. Less than 1 star! If this many people are having the same type of issues, why don't you address the problems? Obviously there is a problem with the app. I have been trying to use this for over 2 years. Come on guys!

App is nice, but the password/username combo is constantly telling me it's incorrect and I have to reset it every time. I know for a fact it's correct because I have it saved in LastPass. I've tried this on the app and multiple browsers and it's the same issue across the board.

Straight forward labs, physician notes, treatment plans, treatment options. Radiology results available. Point: only written results available on Radiology. No CT, CXR, MRI FILMS TO VIEW ARE Available in this setting. I don't know if it's a technical limitation or medical ethical one.

Good app, does what it needs to. Shows all medical records, allows you to make appointments, and lets you message your doctor directly. Very convenient to have this information accessible whenever and have the ability to communicate with my doctors easily. I really wish there would be notifications when you receive messages from your doctors though. The lack of notifications is very inconvenient. Please implement this feature and I'd happily change my rating to 5 stars.

This is easy to use and very helpful. Being able to look at all my test results and H&P and be able to correct wrong info about me by sending a message to my Dr.s

This app used to work but now logging in is basically impossible. The loading screen for logging in takes forever. If you like to do nothing but look at a loading screen, then this is the app for you! If you want to see your health record, don't bother with this nonsense. Even when this app used to function properly, the navigation was poorly designed, which made it frustrating to use. Positives were that it let you see most (if not all) of your medical history/information before it broke.

Can't download appointments or lab results. Minimally useful.

Horrible. I'm on an android 11, I have the setting on to save credentials and still, I have to keep entering the login name and password manually. The biometric sign in is not working with the app, And it also always shows that I have no recent portals even though I was just using it a few minutes ago. Very, very, irritating. Please fix this problem!!! It's been like this for months and someone is not doing their job of fixing this! I even see a ton of other reviews with problems. ....

This app is useless. I have trouble logging in everytimr. Says my password is incorrect, I get locked out because I know my own password, then I need to call and get my password reset. This has happened 4 times. I would like to send messages to my primary, but am not able to. Fix the app. The app is supposed to make it easier to contact your doctor, calling is easier. Sheesh 😡

Used to work fine. Now it keeps saying "waiting for wi-fi connection for large download." It never downloads, it just drains my battery and locks up my phone. I deleted the app and the problem persists. This needs to be fixed!

My wife and myself can not access out Patient Portals to save our lives. We continue to be rejected, so we are not able to get the Critical information to feed to out insurance carrier. I can't believe this could be this difficult. Last year wasn't any different. Why request that patients access a system, Patient Portal, App. If it's continually impossible for the Patient to get what they need from it. The Hard copy system used for years is so much easier and Patient Friendly and Accessible.

It deserves 0 stars Can never sign in as it always says "Hmm we can't seem to find your portal............try again." Ridiculous.

Would give zero. Won't let me login. Tried numerous times to reset through desktop get the email but it does not connect to the app. No where to reset it. Then desktop has me reset every time I try and login. Spoke to someone else and they said the same thing. Hospitals are using this to give covid results but no one can get them. Very frustrating.

The App works Good once I get past the SSL certificate Error that come up every time I use it. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing I've tried works. It's the only app I have this issue with I other medical apps on the phone. It more of a annoyance than anything just wished it Wouls go straight to the logon screen.

For those of you that have issues logging in, you have to update the app lol. Love it, very easy to use 😀

Fairly easy to use, does the trick. I get slightly annoyed when having to use the app's back button rather than the phone's back button. Using a TCL 20SE

I keep getting locked out of app. It says wrong password or ID. This app is useless.
