Unable to get past the Sign Up step. Filled out all of the information and it seems to be spinning for infinity when clicking on Sign Up. Tried several times.
This is a very difficult app. I try to logon with my saved ID and PW but cannot. Tried to change PW using all my email address' but this site cannot recognize any of them. Just a bad app. Need a new app Doctors.
Signing up for a new account, after entering information the complete wheel just spins and hangs on the form. Last update Nov 8 2019, this app seems abandoned.
This app needs to be removed from the app store. Like others, it wouldn't even let me sign up. It just kept loading. Super broken 0/10

Didn't work last year, don't work this year. what a disgrace, hospitals actually recommend this garbage. (Newbridge medical NJ). No help whatsoever, no customer support no phone # no email. you have to be kidding with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Downloaded tried to create a login profile the wheels just spin and spin.
Damn thing couldn't even find HMA. Please do not offer your app until its finished. Waste of my damn time.

To the other reviewers: This app is designed to work with the new Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources protocol. It will do what it says, but your healthcare providers office needs to ready for FHIR connections (most provider office are not ready at this time - Dec 2017). They will come online during 2018. As I understand it, your doctors' office also needs to have a subscription with Medlio to use the features of this app with their particular app. I've looked over the app. I'm giving 4 stars because I cannot assess many of the features of this app at the current point in time.
It seems like the developers gave up on this year's ago and just forgot to remove it. Zero real functionality.
You have to search through hundreds of doctors and clinics to find each and every one that you've ever been to. Who remembers all this? Furthermore, in larger medical systems, the location of the clinic you physically go to may not be the location that actually hosts your records. So you won't find them anyway. Even if you know all this info, the search function doesn't work, so you have to scroll through all the individuals clinics. Very dumb.
