There is no "cancellation" button in the orders section. Once you have booked means you are booked. If you wish to cancel the order you have to go Help Chatbot and there you have to search for cancel order button. Always it is better to select "pay on delivery". There is no "expiry date" of the product going to be purchased.
When I visited a month ago for the 1st time got to know that another person has used my mobile number and got the member ID. But the store person told it could have been a mistake and changed it to my name name on bill for my purchase. When I visited 2nd time still the bill is showing someone else name. This means that anyone can use some other person's mobile number and can make purchase. Looks like they don't ask any proof to make sure that the person is using his/her mobile number for purchas
Initially, felt difficult for home delivery option. Could not get easily in the app. Later, spoke with help option and learnt. If that is rectified, no one can beat you.
I agree good in delivering on time. But the worst in service when comes to replace damage product. Costomer care doesn't even respond to complaint. Don't replace the product and don't give the cash back. No response even after number of calls. We have lot apps available in market gives better price and services. I prefer to quit this app and go for alternative. Getting medicine on time is not only important but customer service and replace damaged product or getting back refund is much important
Very poor delivery. Its show delivered in the system but not deliver after 2 days. False statements, and all agent are useless having no answered. VERY DISHONEST and not ready to cancel order.
Ive been using medplus app for a while now and was so glad i could order my moms meds and hv it delivered to her. However, the app doesnt open and i am unable to access the medplus website ... is there some technical issues ???

I am really disappointed first time I am trying this app ,I don't know why it is showing delivered i didn't get the product yet ,I want my product or my money back . I am not going to order anything again how you deliver the product without asking the proof or OTP or whatever ?
Always Medplus giving 20% discount. But in the pandameic period you were not at all given a additional discount while we are not having a job and salary but it is a regular medicine we are buying a years time.. Anyway, when compare to other medical shops Medplus is close to heart. Thank you.
There's been a network connection error. Cannot open the app with new update.
No option to give zero so selecting 1 star. Only store pick up option and refund taking more than 30 days. Worst app ever seen.
The App Doesn't Provide Any Discounts Unlike MedPlus Store and Moreover Charges Delivery Fee on Top of That!!! I'm Un-installing it.
Very bad experience especially in Shimoga city medplus store near Lakshmi takies ... They take order of home delivery but don't deliver.. Poor service ...I think there is no delivery man...
Professional and fast delivery, Medplus team is very good and knowledgeable goes out of the way to solve any issues with the medicine or the delivery.
New user not getting registered on ur app, looks like medplus not interested in expanding customer base, resolve the issue
There is no same day delivery option. They will send automated responses and close the query if you raise any concern on their app. The delivery is never on time.
Not working on cellular (4g) network. Getting no network error. But all other app is working. Tried with wifi then it is working..

It's been absolutely great from the begining,i could find medicines & even its alternatives that aren't available within our locality. Shopping has been made easy with this app, but the issue is for the past few days i'm unable to log in n it always appears a blank page while running the app. I request your team to solve the inconvience caused . Rather than that, I highly recommend everyone to use this app.

Stupidest app ever, I've ordered bandage roll for my stitches and that guy didn't even delivered it nor picking up the call, and this stupid app keep saying " I have raised a complaint all the time but getting nothing

The address update is so pathetic. You haven't done testing at all. It doesn't allow me to enter the PIN code. When I click on GPS, it takes a wrong PIN code. This is such a simple thing and you guys don't know how to develop a simple code to either accept the address completely as entered by the user or get the proper address using GPS. You mixed up both and made a mess of everything. Very disappointed and frustrated.
