Cannot login! Password setup was smooth over Chrome browser, but when I put user name and password it gets stuck at the login screen. Using Samsung Galaxy J5 pro phone. Reinstalling the app does not work. The desk staff at Medscan were clueless as well.

Impossible to create an account as there is No provision for that. Impossible to sign in with the p!ss poor tools available. You really have to do better.

First time I've ever installed and never got the opportunity to use it because it just crashes non stop. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still no good.
