After reading the terms and conditions this app is not really for helping patients it's actual purpose is to collect data also you can do a covid survey every day to see what your personal movements are to then share the information with 3rd parties, you also have to get permission from your health authority to use the app as it's a legally binding contract. Also this app started advertising on TV just after lockdown no such thing as a coincidence so it's been deleted and uninstalled.
Giving one star because lower isn't possible. I taxe 10 different meds this app didn't recognize 6 of them. Upon emailing I was asked to put pictures of all up and with 4 different details included. Terrible app.
Straight away unable to use due to not having my postcode letters available. Instantly deleted. Complete waste of time. It's a shame to as the concept of this app is such a good idea. Too bad they couldn't get it right.
There really needs to be an alternative to this barcode scanning idea, only one of the four meds I take had a scanable barcode and even that it didnt recognize.
***Just another data collecting app...after researching medsmart before putting details in, They appear to have a main goal of gathering information for research..this appears to me that it is not designed to help you but to get your medical details for data research.*** Unistalled
Camera was not good. I just wanted to set a reminder for my self to take my tablet. The app keep asks me to scan the barcode. This should be a reminder no matter what is the name of medicine.
does not do what it's supposed to. doesn't alarm or notify when meds due. crashed everytime I tried to open it, always opening on second attempt
Pretty useless really out of all my meds I take which isn't many there is only 1 can be used let me know when you add more meds and the meds don't seemed to ba able to be added without scanner
A good concept but a flawed system. It doesn't recognize the meds I have barcodes for but I get my med weekly dispensed so I don't always have a packet with a barcode
Remove this app as all my meds use QR codes and there is no facility to manually type them in, if they improve the scan facility in the future may consider reinstalling
Great idea but doesn't have all the medicines on it. You can't even add them manually. You NEED a Barcode :/
It only works if you can scan a barcode and that is no good you can't manually put in medicine
Such a helpful app. Origionally downloaded it to help look after an elderly family member but now I continue to use it for myslef
Very region specific, no use for me in South Africa, but I do like the idea.
Doesn't work in UK. Even entering the product number using the keyboard doesn't work. No option to type medicine name.
Very useful but now I've finished with the app I've been unable to find a way to delete my account and all my data from the app servers. Used contact us link within the app, no response yet. I'll update this feedback in due course.
