Short wait time. Very convenient to stay in the comfort of my home while not feeling well, especially since I avoided coming into contact with other individuals who are not well. Even better that I didnt have to drag my children out to a provider's office. Provider was very thorough and efficient. Overall a great experience and option for certain issues.

So far only used it once. While waiting to "see" the doc, I got kicked out of the app and had to log back in. Bad news- waited 15 min for nothing. Good news- it saved all the info I just put in (had to get back in line of course). Connection has a slight delay, but otherwise good experience. Would def use again if needed

Great, i was seen in timely fashion. The doctor was nice, they show their badge on the screen, the connection was good, easy to use, short amoubt of information needed to be seen. The form was quick and easy to fill out and they have fun medical facts that rotate onscreen while you wait!

Although I had to hold for about 30 minutes, the Ap is most definitely a convenient option. One star was deducted because I have pretty good Wifi coverage; however, the quality of the call wasn't too great as the sound continued to come in and out throughout the duration of the e-visit. Nonetheless, 40 minutes for the entire consultation with Dr Shelton, whom was very knowledgeable and professional, was the deal setter. 4 Stars

Every little internet interruption resets the connections. I've been on the phone for over an hour and had to rejoin 3 times. Even with a stable connection no one picks up. Guess I'll just suffer instead.

Very nice Dr, quick visit, did not wait long at all, although it's 10pm, so other time's of may be a different story, I don't know because this is the first time I've used this app. Was very convenient and as of right now (10/15/20) they are waiving the fee it said due to COVID, so visits are free which was a blessing for me. Overall very satisfied and will use it again.

Looks like MedStar has a winning app here. Works like a charm but it still wouldn't be 5 stars without the people involved. Competent, professional and friendly but most of all knowledgeable about how the system and the process works. Walked me through sign up, log in and prep for my physical visit to the office. If this is the future of Healthcare then the future looks bright.

Had no issues! This is awesome since I am not ill, just a minor condition, and did not want to go to a public office. This app worked perfectly, the physician was awesome, asked thorough questions, and the video worked great. Love this idea

Great! This was my first time doing an E visit! Very well done. It wasn't rushed and doctor actually listened to my concerns and ask question that made me feel like he really care about my concerns and got to the root cause if issue. All from this call prescriptions made and what they are used for. Referrals given to follow up on issues as well. It was like being at the doctors office. Great tool and even Greater visit! Thank you

It was quick and to the point. The provider was knowledgeable and had excellent bedside manners. Well definitely use again.

I had a telehealth appointment today for an infected tooth & I must say Kathryn Edwards was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!She really made the whole experience so smooth & stress free!She had me in & out in minutes,& she was right to the point!I highly recommend her if you do the tele health appointment!

Intuitive software that is simple to use. Convenient and helpful screening that avoided a trip to an urgent care center.

Great experience with a very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. I dont remember her whole name but her first name is Lindsay!! She is amazing. Very quick and easy and you can access from the comfort of your own home.

It was efficient. And the functions were easy to use. Quality of care was excellent.

Suprisingly excellent experience. I had no where to turn for advice and a possible doctors note for work purposes. This app was a God-send!

Because of covid they've waived fees, which is amazing. But either way, is a fast and easy way to see a doctor to help diagnose minor illnesses.

Great app but....... There is a lag between the audio and the video. I would've given it 5 stars otherwise.

Love this. Didn't even have to leave the house with 2 kids... plus sometimes theres no copays (with my insurance) idk if it's like a once a year thing because sometimes it has been 49$ but yes very easy too.

This experience was great, loved it. Im in bed and i i did not feel.like going outside plus is raining and i fell weak, sick. Being able to see a dr this was was awesome
