Once you understand it, it's fairly easy to use and quick. 12/23/19: I have been noticing that the notes feature of the app, where you make daily reports/charting of what has happened during your time w/the client, is no longer on the program on my phone. 2/18/22/1: I would like to lower it to a 1, but the this refuses to allow me. I have had more issues with the app, but none as bad as today: I have tried 7-8 times to try to get into the app, but each time it's reading that Service Unavailable
So many issues. Half the time it won't log me in, does not allow me to open and receive any messages that are notified to me on this app at all. When I try to get in it, says they can't be retried. It's frustrating especially when I'm not able to clock into my shifts. Done all updates as well and still problematic. My service is awesome in my area with mostly full bars. Fix the bugs please and if it's better I will be happy to write a great review if I am satisfied with results.
Terrible app. My employer through first choice in home care implemented this for clocking in and out. System always has issues including inability to clock in/out and inability to input tasks provided. Terrible. But has potential and hope we dont have to go back to paper tracking.
Works ...sometimes Often it dose not alow me to log in. Has isues when in poor reception. Its vary slow. Often has problems displaying shifts and i have had problems with the app on my phone said im clocked in but my hours are not recorded. This app is not professional enough to be using in business at all. And most users agree.
It still has some issues. 1.) If you go to add task in the client page, and then hit the back button on your phone, the app stalls, and then you have to close and re-open the app. Overall easy to use and clock in and clock out, in my opinion
I have problems when I try to log out of a shift after midnight. The office is always calling me to verify my clock out time. Also I have a notification on the app that I need to update to the current version, but the app store just has an 'open' button not an 'update' button.
Perhaps a button for the chat feature could be available on a client's profile page. That way contact could be made without going to "the list" and trying to figure out who's responsible for that client, because my employer doesn't keep their list current.
It started on Sept 1 thru my employer First Choice and been a struggle. Could not login, tapping on apps that were not allowing, then had to update and now the entire app is blocked and won't open. It sucks! I hate it!
It often does not work. Voucher client's are set with a common location. I have to go through the process of marking separately that I am at client home and I have to put something in the remarks box for it to send.
When it works its great. But for 50/50 time, it dose not work. Says; check network. No internet service. Or it needs to be updated. It's not on the update list.
New update don't update, don't update just open to the same.
Constant crashes, always down at least once a week I can't even access the app. The GPS is always wrong telling me I'm signing in "out side of radius".
The location were I work sometimes I have no internet connection or my connection is really weak. I worked with this app for 30 minutes and still couldn't clock in.
Most glitches seem to have been worked out but the current update wont download when u hit the update button on google play...i gave it 10 minutes and the green circle was still twirling.
Been doing this ap for months cuz employer said so. Hate it!!! Constantly freezes, wont let you clock in/out, wont let you put task in. Im calling my employer WEEKLY to fix something on it! Sooo tired of updates...which DOES NOT make it work better!!
I'm not sure if its an issue on your end or my companies. I can not verify my hours worked in this app and its very frustrating. My last two paychecks have been 150 dollars short. I'm being shorted hours and have no way of checking hours as I go through the app. I have to call im almost daily to see if "Vincent" is actually clocking me in and out. There Have been times my supervisor edits my hours on her end and I still don't have them reflect on my pay checks.
Not user friendly, to much of the same information unnecessary, no calendar/ calculation of hours in view. Not interested in tell us more (optional) it's irrelevant to the main use of App
Entirely too often, MEDsys does not work and does not permit logging in or out. I'm tired of writing my supervisor EVERY WEEK to have her manually enter my time.
I have been using at least two years now. It has some good days and some bad days. It has been pretty good app to use and keep track of work schedule.
This app is ok. Too many glitches. And i hate the map that pops up before clock in.
App keeps locking up. I have to constantly uninstall/install. I hate it!
System continually crashes, freezes, or won't allow input.
Not is comfortable as others. Doesn't show total summery of worked hours daily.
This is the worst app ever. Half of the time it doesn't even work , I truly hate it. 4/1/2020. This app gets worse every day.
Says cant clock in or out due to no internet which i have from cell phone provider this makes it very difficult if it takes 5 to 10 mins to clock in and out
I downloaded the app about 5 minutes ago I'm trying to figure out how to use it and I'm trying to get the icon on my homepage and I can't figure that out either
This app takes too long to down load and it is still downloading

I work for the best home health Care you could ever ask to have rather it's patients or caregivers they are the top#1 choice.
For the most part it runs smoothly except after an update. Support has been most helpful when it is not. With the time4care app... As an IP, I can log my mileage. Because of the hassle I don't claim near 200 miles a month. Please add logging of our miles.
