Never deal with this app anymore for more reasons First all the product are soo expensive comparing to all other stores in Qatar Second thing.. soon you put your phone number they will not stop sending a messages all the time and you can not block they number Not from your iPhone blooking neither the Ooredoo app blocking feature

Uninstalled: would not log me into rewards ave keeps telling me the password is invalid. No matter how many times I changed it. This company had to do a lot to get their app functional and accessible for its customers.

I am not able to register. When I enter all the info and press next, it showed a "connection error" message. All other apps in my phone that require connection are working fine.

The app and rewards system needs to improve, could learn from Carrefour and provide wifi like Carrefour, not everybody has a data plan. The app uses high data consumption. The nojoom rewards was very beneficial.

You neet to spend 12,000 Qatar Riyals to get 30 Qatar Riyal Bonus. That is useless to be honest. It would take you more than a year or even two years of regular shopping to Almeera to get a meager 30 Qatar Riyal bonus. No Value in it at all really. Just a waste of time.

Use less app.. Registration is not working which is basic thing. Second , to pick a DOB, you have to go back. Instead of selecting, they could have take input

I have a problem with the registration when the OTP doesn't get send to my phone at all and I did try to re-register for over 10 times and still doesn't work. until I get something out of it or at least get the code I may give it higher

After latest update it keeps on crashing on Android 9 & 10 both devices. I tried in different devices but problem still there. Please fix it.

I tried to register more than 10 times not succeed due to problem in your app, this is very bad reputation for your business. Today as easy as it's possible is better for your consumers. Don't let your cashier ask me every time (sir do you have meera rewards) very bad. I purchased today for 430,00 QR. I spend at least two times in a week. Very bad experience

just wasted my 30 mins for registering and still couldnt access.. i hve note 9 and it works perfectly awful... after i filled up information.. "submit" botton never worked at all.. imagine who much registration i did in 30 mins with different email and moble no.. shame

i brought a lot of items from your store. iam still in around 1000 point. i think i brought more than 2000 Riyal from food items. but i didn't get 3000 point. very bad system. please make every purchases of 1000 riyal get 30 Riyal reward. that is a good deal. i like CARREFOUR's system

Very very very very bad I saved bottles like for 3 big cartons I had gone to recycle for points they came until 2000+ points and I recycled last month the customer care at Al meera Mansoura very bad customer service only looking at the races and choose customers and I wasn't happy and they said it could show in my app but no problem we have choices to shop in qatar no problem Don't go there if u african u will just be ignored but its alright bad customer care hate the place

High data usage. In less than 4 hours it ate 6gb of my data plan. Not good as an app. They need to pay me on this data usage lost. Not recommended app.

Updated this app today and it doesnt open anymore just keeps crashing. This is on android version 10. It was working fine before the update today. Please fix it.

Can use it. but, I comes to know, your rewards is very small percentage. that is 0.25%. If it will be useful to regular customers, you have to give minimum 1% rewards for every purchase

This is the 3rd time i tried registering online and it still repeats the same error of Connection Error. Needs to be fixed for registering and accessing. Thanks.

I tried to register several times but it doesn't work ..always there is "connection error " appears on my screen ... you should have Fixed that before launching this app...

Very bad because I had to correct some information and it didn't update.I tried many times also sent messages to the customer service and there was no reply from them.

Registeration was easy. Foe those who were trying to change YOB..just click on the green tab showing year first...then select the year u want...then change the months. I recvd the OTP about after a minute though...shud be faster.

Download and installation, registration was fast and easy but trying to access the account and check the catalogua having hard time superrr.. Not friendly user..

App ok but super market services is very bad one day I buy the food and give 100 riyal thay said they don't have chenge...... They maid set I go to another shop and get chance and come back to buy the food is that possible????? I get bad experience form this super market...

This App can be used a few devices I tried this on 8 Diifrent devices!!! This devices is A C5 Lite BLÜ which is very old fashioned This app is a wastage o lf time at the beginning but i relaized after using it further🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

You spent lot of money ...hire IT professionals for the app... Advertising and training spent lot of money...after all of this no benefits for customers..hahaha.....really good move...

I installed this app and I gave my all details OTP also coming to my mobile number, but finally coming it is not matching. I cannot get any points. So what can I do, how I can solve this issue to whom I contact ... Please tell

lacks many options. there customer service is not helpful. but Meera store is good to shop and for offers on groceries

VERY EASY TO REGISTER!!special for those who know how to use their phones!very fast application i can see my points in just one tap!i love it!

App does not work fully can't load promotion or see any offer. Catalogue! Nothing works doesn't till if you have points ready to redeem.

Better if the costumers are being notified by the promotions.. as nowadays meera is having alot of promos to ensure better customer experience a notification reminder should implement in each promtions.

stupid apps everytime i register error in connection...how can it be error in connection that i am using multi window on my screen... am watching video in you tube while using messenger stupid apps...
