The parcel status and delivery address are completely wrong for a days. Parcel has been already delivered to different address and date, while app showing status To be delivered with correct data in future. Useless.
I had no issues with delivery itself but the app needs a complete overhaul. Constant crashes when trying to use key features.
Does not work changing delivery address and post office. App closed when you try to change the address. And my delivery package isn't displayed on web app instead mobile app. Fix it, please.

There is no possibility to change post office delivery address in case when chosen post office has stopped operating, I didn't get any warnings of that post office closing and my parсel was delivered to a random operating post office in my city. I was forced to call online service to change post office without additional payments. I chose the post office in consulting with an online service operator on 12-Aug-2019, my parcel arrived on 21-Aug-2019 and the post office has been closed by the time(
