Meet Fresh

The app can use some work. Cannot convert reward points for use in-app; they can only be used in-store. It was frustrating trying to order using app and figuring this out, but Spoonity reps actually responded fairly fast. A description in the rewards section can really save some frustration. Otherwise, I like being able to order ahead and not have to wait in line.

The pricing on the app is incorrect. Even though the price of topping is 50 cents, when you check out, the total converts the topping charge to $1.00... so you now pay double the price than you should. This is a big glitch in the system and needs to be fixed or else it's just falsely pricing its products.

Already displeased at the content to this app. So, you practically lose your initial order points after realizing they have a reward program app. Why aren't the staffs trained to ask you first before ordering if we have the reward app downloaded, or not!?! You can also lose your points every time you forget to scan your membership digital card. I know for a fact any developer can make this app easier with QR code override scans to manually input rewards if forgotten. Thoughtless gesture!

As far as i can tell, to collect reward you have to add money to the account. I checked locations in the app to make sure my local store is on the list before I added money. Turns out they do not accept the app, all other stores are too far from me. There's no good way to contact through app. I tried to contact through official website so far no response

Nowhere to apply rewards! It shows points and rewards, but at check out there is nowhere to apply the coupons. Menu also lacking the "build your own" options that delivery apps do.

The store receipt promotes this app saying that I can collect points. After registering, the store said I cannot get any points. Had to do it before I pay. So why didn't you tell me before i pay?

Certain menu items (such as their Signature Icy Grass Jelly dessert) do not show up on the app even though it is offered in their stores. Inconsistent menu - items appear and disappear often.

Unable to create an account. During the account verification, I never receive the verification code in my inbox. And no matter how many times I attempt to resend the code, I never receive any email from meet fresh. Disappointed...

Cancels orders unexpectedly and takes forever to refund charges for cancelled orders. Now, it's not even possible to make orders through the app.

I have points and rewards in my account, but I cannot apply them to my orders in the app. So disappointing! USELESS to say the least.

Keeps crashing, won't let you stay signed in while ordering. Was at a location that ran out of herbal jelly but the app didn't reflect/notify me when ordering. Easier to just go in and order or use door dash/Uber eats

Awful, cancels order unexpectedly. No notifications when order is ready. Didnt accept my payment directly and had to store funds within app. This app is stupid. Just want to use up the rest of my funds balance and uninstall this.

Location is so glitchy. GPS turned in, found nothing. Manually typed in zipcode, still nth. Cant order if location cant be found. So this app is basically useless.

Whoever put in the store hours did not do so correctly. It's preventing orders from being placed. It seems odd to be open from 1am to 6am. Edit: the Cupertino store was showing 1am to 6am at the time I tried to order. The location is showing different hours bow.

The only way to order online is by downloading their app but they dont have descriptions in English. You can't tell what the ingredients are and how each number/ option is different.

Forces you to pay using Meet Fresh gift card. Doesn't allow other forms of payment (credit card) like the website. Tried to ordered online for the Temple City store for the past 2 days. All I get is a spinning sign waiting for something to load.

You cant order from the app but Meet Fresh store says you can.. Also the points don't match what I actually have in store. The app shows zero for me.

Does not save credit card and does not accept Google pay or apple pay. Have to manually enter credit card to order. Extremely inconvenient.

Quite possibly the worst, most useless app ever for a restaurant franchise. Meet Fresh really dropped the ball on this one.

There is no feature to add reward points for in store purchases. You must order in-app to receive points. Sucks.

Can't do online orders through the app because it won't load the page. Tried reinstalling and did not help.

Nothing works. Reset password, account verification. The worst part: lost ALL my rewards when i logged in.

I can't even order online without applying a promotion that I don't even want to use. It won't let me take it out of my cart as well.
