Meet Me Halfway (Beta)
Tired of arguing with your friend over where to meet? Trying to figure where to meet up with your long distance significant other?
Tell them to meet you halfway!
With Meet Me Halfway, you can find the halfway point and from there find places of interest near there such as cafes, restaurants, hotels, and more!
Your inputs can be full address, zip codes, or even names of locations along with their street and city/state!
And with the use of translucent status bar and navigation bar (Android 4.4+), let the map take over your whole screen!

Permissions Explained:
• Read your contacts: To allow you to quickly input addresses from your contacts
• Precise location: Used to pick up your current location for quick input
• Modify or delete the contents of your USB storage: Needed for Google Maps
• Read Google service configuration: Needed for Google Maps
• Full network access: Needed for Google Maps and for returning results for places nearby
• View network Connections: Needed for Google Maps
• Read the contents of your USB storage: Needed for Google Maps
• Google Play billing service: For accepting donations

I love the idea but unfortunately it has never worked for me. It always says unavailable due to too many requests and to contact the developer - I saw others had commented the same and that the developer had replied re: fixing it so I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited months to try it again but no luck. Great potential if it can eventually be rectified and become functional for all.
When I first use this app it worked great it found a meeting spot that was neutral and good for both to meet up at. However I can no longer use it as it says too many are connected to the server and to contact the developer for this issue so I have contacted the developer and I'm hoping that they can fix this problem for me so that I can once again use this app . Looking forward to the fix please!!
I tried it once for a simple task; this app failed completely. It didn't even render a guess. Absolutely worthless! I went to a map instead!
This app seems like it could be very useful..if it worked. The developer has exceeded the max requests to Google maps from his app. My guess is that beyond a certain amount the developer has to pay. Apparently this is just side a project he isn't willing to invest in. Lousy ROI? Perhaps. If the app actually worked I'd give it 5 stars.
Doesn't work. Every attempt to find a half way point, the result is "too many requests, contact developer". After ALL of the negative reviews about the SAME thing, you'd think the developer would fix it. Guess not.
No map... App is malfunctioning. Used it before and seemed to work ok. Now, only two blue markets on screen with no map.
Love this app! Our business requires meeting many people all throughout Southern California and we usually meet them halfway. This app has saved so much time and effort!
Always gives error "too many requests". Used to work previously on old phone but doesn't work on Galaxy S9 with Android Pie.
Ive had this app for months,i keeo it just incase it decides to work one day.Everyrime ive ever tried ti use it,the app says that they have to many requests to even review mine,all in all,a horrible waste of time and gig space!
I just installed the app. I put in addresses to see it it works... It doesn't. It says to contact the developer.
seen the add for meet me halfway thought it would help me save some time so down loaded it to try everything was going good up until I pushed the meet me halfway button then it tells me to contact the developer to many users. I was trying to save time by using the app not take more time Pac-Man look hey well I Yad moment the ladies the wave okay yeah I got it yesterday Ali Farhat do you have anybody there Walkman she already did her nose now having to contact the developer.
Dumbest app I've ever installed. "Too many requests..." error when trying it for the very first time. Fail!
app kept having issues. every time I put in addresses I would get a message saying too many request on the app. not happy
tried once. app said contact developer as too busy. tried again same message. about to uninstall. don't bothet
First, second, and third time used I got an error message, "too many requests, please contact developer. "
nrver had a problem until now. now it says to many places and wont find a meeting place. tried several different addresses and still same problems
didn't work on the first try, uninstalled immediately. I will probably check back in the near future because it's definitely a great idea
Just send an error message when you put in your addresses. Such a good idea as well!
It was a terrific really useful app , but has been " saying contact programmer " since February 2019
Great app for finding a place to meet someone where you can travel equally
no matter how many times i try to calculate a mid point it tells me there are too many requests and to try again.
this app is awful! called meet me half way but after u put in the 2 addresses it says there is no halfway point.
lately it hasnt been working, usually it says "too many requests from meetme app, contact developer"
Very disappointing app. Wish I had the option of ZERO stars. Trying to find a mid-way point between Gainesville, VA and St. Michaels, Md and the app tells me there are no interesting points mid-way. Seriously? Mid-point is on U. S. Route 50, which is a major route. I just don't know the names of towns/localities so I can Google them. Back to the paper maps, I guess since this app us so bad.
