Meeting Minutes Pro is a simple but powerful, user-friendly and intuitive app to Organize, Store and Track Meetings, Participants, Agenda, Discussion and Action Items. It has a simple easy to use UI coupled with rich functionality and features to increase your productivity and make you a pro at organizing, tracking and managing meetings. It supports the following features:
1) Create, Update, Import and View Meetings, Participants, Agenda, Discussion and Action Items
2) Import Meetings and Participants from Calendar to save time and improve efficiency(requires Android ICS or above)
3) Sort and Filter Meetings, Contacts and Action Items based on different parameters
4) Export/Email Meeting Minutes into a professional, simple and clear PDF, MS Word XML or HTML format. Custom Labels feature within settings allows you to generate meeting minutes in multiple languages (please note that all languages might not be supported).

Great app for getting quick meeting notes and actions. Well recommended for on the move meetings. Looks like no longer supported. Android messaging that appcrrated for and older version of android. S10 phones
This is the first time I've ever had to take minutes and this app makes it so very easy. The help desk were quick to respond to my questions and solved my problem easily. I can easily email the minutes to others. The format looks great. I love it.
I really love this app . I have it on my chrome book . I wish it was available for apple too being that I use my apple tablet too . Would be nice to be able to bring it up on either one ! Please do let me know if you ever do I would be the first to download.
It has exceeded expectations. Good job. Ive managed to have high level discussion without bringing in a minute taker and produce accurate well documented minutes and distribute instantly.
I have buy pro version ,created a meeting but it can not be exported ,trial version was perfect ,I could not import trial version meeting in pro ,I had to delete pro version to try to fix export feature ,which is not working .
I can record attendance but I can not record apolpgies. That's why I gave it a 1. Also it doesn't work well with my Toastmasters meetings away o it's not really suitable
limited and difficult, when fields dont work, no explanation given , no help, no guidance

Nice and very useful app. Just missing input fields in the main edit form for duration of the meeting, a remark or comment and a custom labeled input. Please add those options. Otherwise you will not find a better app for record your minutes.
I just started writing minutes and viewed the document. This is what exactly I wanted. it's amazing, I liked this app very much hence I recommend others to use it.

A great productivity app
How do I download the document for printing or sending to someone else? When I send to my email I can't open it .I need help
Good app. Must deserve 5 stars but I rated it only three stars because it fails my expectation as said from the description that it can be export to PDF. I'm tried so many times thinking that maybe there's something I need to do but clearly shows that exporting only available in db and csv format.
I've used the app for a few years and have found it very useful. It isn't the most intuitive, but once you get your head around it, it works very well. Also, I had an issue importing a database onto a new device. The tech support was extremely quick and useful!
I've used this app for a few years and I think it's the best "meeting app" available on the Android platform. Tech support is quick and responsive. It has a lot of useful featured and could easily be a 5 if they provided a YouTube channel to display how to use its many features or a discussion forum. One other feature that would be great is the ability to run spell check, it like most Android apps uses predictive text to identify misspelled words. I didn't take away any points for this as this plagues all Android apps and is a limitation of the OS. Bottom line, I would buy it again and recommend to others.
This app does what it says & developers are crazy responsive!!! What was true two years ago remains true. I had a sync issue where neither my phone nor my tablet would sync. Developers worked with me over several attempts to resolve the problem. PROPS! Had an unrelated follow-up question about attachments and support was there with a quick fix. Great customer service.
Just bought this app. And trying to figure how to use it. Having some trouble syncing probably because i just had this for half an hour. Need more time with it. First impression: seems promising. I foresee it being helpful for my meeting tomorrow.
This is a great app for taking minute, it gives a very professional and elegant look to the mom. Just one point why can't the watermark created by meeting minutes pro be removed from the exported minutes file
Really good app with lot of handy features, the support team is quite responsive and helpful; I would definately recommend this to professionals as well as students because of its simplicity. However there is still room for improvement

Great app I run a small business and I am always on the go I had a issue with syncing which was promptly sorted by support thank you this is a great time saver and easy to use
People talk too much during meetings & this consumes a lot of time. This app. allows the chair person to be concise, brief & to follow up meeting to get things done. I looked at all similar apps on Google Play. This one really allows us to manage our meetings effectively. Very well thought. Highly recommended.
