Meeting Minutes is a simple but powerful, user-friendly and intuitive app to Organize, Store and Track Meetings, Participants, Agenda, Discussion and Action Items. It has a simple easy to use UI coupled with rich functionality and features to increase your productivity and make you a pro at organizing, tracking and managing meetings. It supports the following features:
1) Create, Update, Import and View Meetings, Participants, Agenda, Discussion and Action Items
2) Import Meetings and Participants from Calendar to save time and improve efficiency(requires Android ICS or above)
3) Sort and Filter Meetings, Contacts and Action Items based on different parameters
4) Export/Email Meeting Minutes into a professional, simple and clear PDF, MS Word XML or HTML format. Custom Labels feature within settings allows you to generate meeting minutes in multiple languages (please note that all languages might not be supported).
5) Export/Email Action Items into a comma separated values file that can be used with any spreadsheet software
6) Sync Action Items to Calendar
7) Export the full database or a single meeting for backup/recovery purposes.Exported files are encrypted to protect the contents.
8) Import database or meeting backup. Backup from the Free version can also be imported.
9) Schedule Automatic Backup. Note that automatic backups are only taken when the app is running.

Looks good starting out. Would be nice to be able to use my put my company logo on minutes and agendas sent out.

Practiceing this app.
Took a little while of trial and error of playing around in the app to get the hang of it. My biggest suggestion. When in the 'Agenda' view have a tick box that you can use when going through items to show they have been actioned/discussed. All in all sees good, and Iike the fact you can export and email instantly :)
Horrible. Bought the pro version when my free trial period expired and could not import data. Lost a bunch of data. Really annoyed and software really let me down.
Loved all the features. Just on thing. Where exporting via email can't enter multiple recipients at one go.
Very good app. Does almost everything I need. The only issue for now, some actions need to be assigned to more than one participant. At least I couldn't do it
I am searching for a good meeting nots app. I installed this app to try it for 3 days. But even without i open it or even check the menu's the trail version finished from the first second. What i have to do...?

I have over 2k contacts and when entering attendees it locks up. Would consider evaluating again if issue is fixed
This is very nice app
I used to use an app like this on my PalmPilot for years called "ToActionMeeting". The concept is the same but the execution needs refinements. For starters on my Android phone I cannot read all of the buttons because they are cut off. By trial and error I figured out how it worked. Again same concept as my previous app except the input fields are smaller than the buttons. Also when I rotated my phone to see all the fields in the table view the app crashed. The error report was sent.
If the user could just attach files or pics simply, I would buy it today. It did everything great, but wouldn't allow me to attach files and pics to send to my team. Not cool.
Useful. Format is good. More interface customization options. Some quick summary layout reports for a meeting if possible

Deliberately misleading and as such I refuse to buy the full version, ignore number of downloads as many people might have uninstalled it straight after seeing it's only a trial...
Was caught off guard with 3 day trial, but I am impressed with the company's responseiveness and helpfulness. l have bought the pro version due to this fact. Haven't used the pro version yet.
Seems to working fine so far and Is easy to use. Would like to be able to choose a different format. Maybe have two or three to chose from. Other than that so far so good.
Thanks for making the Pro free. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Ability to import agenda from the body of the meeting in calendar. 2. Ability to import or sync discussion notes and action items from Evernote which I use to jot down ALL of my notes. Currently the import options are too limited. Evernote integration will be a key. 3. Desktop client / Chrome Extension.
Very nice app. It stream lines my board meeting minutes process. It takes attendance, organize agenda items and prepares the meeting minutes which I can email to my board members via HTML, of or word. Very nice app.

App is excellent and helps me organize my meetings and take notes and pictures on the go. Going to buy pro version and utilize sync options so that I can use my smartphone and tablet easily
My meetings isn't in English. It woud be helpful to be able to change the unchangeable English words so it can match the language of the rest of my minutes of the meeting. It is inbarasing to have ñ minute in two languages. I hope that you can make this possible, then I woud buy the app and also give 5 star rating
