At least 3 times a month I have email customer support to get my account verified. Even though it's been verified for almost a year. Takes about a day before I can get back into my account. Comments freeze, V.S lag out, earning coins stop working. I've emailed them and nothings changed. Great app but would be better if they fixed these issues. 5 stars when the developers actually fix these issues until then I'm giving 1 star.

If I could rate this any lower I would. I used to use this waaaaay back when it was called My yearbook and since the brand change it's has ONLY went down hill. I have to block HUNDREDS of not accounts with the same 6 profile pictures in the span of an hour, the app hardly functions on mobile what so ever with constant crashing, unable to load images, can't scroll through anything, have to restart the app every 10 minutes. Don't waste your time friends. Download something else...

This app is horrible to say the least....I downloaded it today...chatted with a few girls, uploaded profile pics, in which it wants me to verify myself. I have done the verification 3 or 4 times today and it still doesn't verify after to completing the process. Because of this I cannot use the app at all. Anytime I open it redirects me to the verification page. Can't log out, can't look at messages, can't even go to my profile. There is no back button to get off the "verification" screen.....🤬

I continuously have to keep verifying myself over and over again. I send a message to support and nothing gets done. I don't understand why this keeps happening. I've verified like twelve times and apparently I have multiple profiles according to them, but no I have just the one. I'm to the point of finding a different app.

Keeps saying I can't login/change password. I have done that numerous times, I even deleted the all reinstalled it and still the same error. At this point I just want to delete my personal information from the app and delete my account but I can login to even do that! Seems shady and scammy. I have emailed and sent feedback and have gotten nothing in return.

App needs major work, it shows I have messages on my phone header and when I click it shows nothing. Also makes you verify many times which is unnecessary. Used to be a halfway decent app but now its just time consuming and annoying. Hopefully more ratings like this will change that

Doesn't work. You can't see messages. Forced me to download the app. You literally have to use the website and the app at the same time to get different features to work. If you sign up through Facebook, good luck getting support of any kind

Over all the app is good. But got a message I can't log into my account due to, too many verifications with a verification to be deleted before the new verification can be accepted. Sent a message to support. There is no robo-reply message to say they have received the email when you are seeking assistance. How can you delete a verification without access to your account. Fix the issues with verification, and I will put it to 4.5stars.

Only app that only works on wifi. Randomly logs me out then won't accept the correct saved password. Then won't send link to create new password after hundreds of attempts to send link. Not a single email sent to me

Wow. I really wish I had read the reviews prior to downloading this app again. I am having the same issue as everyone. I tried deleting my profile right a way because I accidentally put my last name (I know I'm an idiot) I didn't know it would all be visable to everyone! And my DOB was wrong. Once I tried deleting it said my password was wrong. I have now changed my password 6 times and each time it says it's wrong. So frustrated!!!!! Someone needs to start responding to this issue ASAP!!

Immediately go into settings and disable all notifications. If you don't, you will get notifications about every 3 to 5 minutes. Depending on how long it take the next person to go live. In one hour, I got 42 notifications that people were going live. My phone wouldn't stop. On top of that, no matter how you set your preferences, you will be shown people that are literally thousands of miles away. And no matter how many times you attempt to update or save your preferences, it doesn't change.

Absolutely apauled by how many times I have passed the verification then it had to redo it 4 seconds later, I even did the identification I'd verification and it stated it wasn't similar enough it is literally me this is Absolutely insane I need this fixed because internal I love going live but I can't even do that now. I'm so unbelievably upset.

Negative 72 stars. It was bad years ago when I used it, it's gotten worse. 99.9% bots/trolls. It does no good to report them. It's like "Wack-a-Mole". They just pop up again. You can refine your search by distance in "Swipe" but not in "Locals"?! Come on! It's 2022!! Fix your $#!ť app. #useless

I don't use the app, but my 22 year old daughter does so, I read the reviews and most are about verification issues which she has saying she has other profiles and she does not she had to get support to verify her. They seriously need to work on that they are losing people because no verification means no use of app which I do appreciate them trying to keep all users to real people, just please fix this my daughter likes the app and has found some nice friends so far.

Mad AF this might be Terrible I haven't even had this app for 24 hrs, I was in the middle of using it when I thought it crashed. When I went to login it claimed it was the wrong password - okay set a new one. Never received the email or code for a new one and now I can't login. I emailed support with no answer or automatic email letting me know they received anything. Now I'm just waiting to see what happens.

Even if you do manage to get past the absolutely ridiculous sign-up that will not allow you to sign-up 9 out of 10 times. If you do get in as soon as you leave the app it won't let you back in. You email and get no reply. And no "forgot" my password reset emails either. Literally the worst app and website in creation.

Threw an experience of about 5 years or more on this application, when I was able to offer a ride to hang out or get to know someone I failed many times. Even when I tryed to invite people out to do hobbies that I like. Some girls on here are very childish and try to make you download other application in order to text back, make the physical application look bad. Very low chance at meeting people on it.

This app was much better before, now full of creeps. Did some streams, had diamonds, I paid for 6 month premium and verified myself however one day they randomly deleted my account. I had done nothing wrong and was given no warning. Kinda pissed Edit- just received a message from a bot of myself sending kisses which isn't me but when you click on the account it takes it to my own profile....this is just beyond creepy
