This app is terrible. I have an Android and I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall it for it to open. Sometimes no matter what I do it won't open. The app features itself are fine, but they need to fix the constant crashing and inability to open issues.
I have to clear the cache in Android, every time I use it, because it locks up when you log in. otherwise, the app is great, the interface is quick and useful. Hopefully the login issues get sorted out.
Over the past week & a half I've installed/uninstalled this app six times. It never moves from loading, over an hour today it was loading. Useless for the only reason I needed it, depositing checks received. Bright side I get to support the USPS. Good luck if you try this app. 4-29-21 FYI - This app can not be used for amounts over $1K. This information may be posted somewhere, but I didn't see it.
Update... Almost a year later since last review and deleted and reinstalling app doesnt even work anymore. There hasn't been an app update since July 2018. I have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app.
App does NOT work on the Galaxy S20. After entering your login info the app just stucks on loading... for the past 2 months I have installed and uninstalled the app over 10 times and it still won't pass the loading screen.
When trying to login this app consistently fails to connect to the server and then times out. It makes it impossible to deposit checks without traveling to a branch, let alone transfer money. Please fix the app ASAP.
Very useful for most banking needs but falls short on mobile deposit limit of $1000 or less. Very inconvenient for people that don't live near the only branch and have to find a affiliate credit union to make check deposits.
Slow app, it lacks of a lot of features. It's maybe the worst banking apps of all. I decided to bank with Mefcu for me being a Marriot employee and honestly it's the worst decision I've ever taken. It all has been bad experiences, their costumer service is a joke and pretty much 100% of the time they act like they don't care. It's like they like to play with your money.
This app is worthless...I have tried downloading it so many times...never opens...ever. Can't someone fix it? Sent message....no response. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
Almost everytime I try to login, my phone just continues to work and the app never opens. I have to restart my phone to finally get it to open.
App never opens. I have sent numerous reports on issue but it hasn't been resolved. Can we please get an updated and working app for your loyal customers
When you don't have a credit union close by, this is critical. Does everything you need it to do early and with little too no assistance from tech support. I really like this app
The app has never opened since I downloaded it. Once I put my account information in it never opens it just continuously spins.
Can never log in on first attempt, times out almost every time and needs multiple attempts. Mobile banking is a must these days and this alone may have me switch banks.
Updates should not take over an hour via 4G. Cancelled it twice now after endlessly "pending". And apparently it's a performance update. Please.
Installed app and it will not open gives error message everytime. Uninstall and installed. Multiple times still not working 😒😡
The app doesn't work. I've tried every single way to try and get in for mobile banking to add funds to my account and can't access it at all
The app won't open at times I have to log in and out about 5 times before getting into my account.
This App is worthless!!! And when you call the phone number that is listed for assistant that do not help either,
I downloaded so I could use mobile deposit. It took a while to work correctly but it did. Glad I don't have to find a shared branch anymore
it takes too long to load if it ever does.. most times I have to use the website because the app never loads.

Like other Marriott employees that have reviewed this app, it is very much lacking in features that almost every other banking app has had for years. My experience with their customer service after having my card stolen was incredibly frustrating, And I could not even cancel my card until after I paid them the fee to send out a new copy.
