I upgraded the app after that I can't be able to perform any thing on my app with my previous balance they hide it and have talked to customer service this days there are poor you will be sending them message they will read it and not reply what is happening

I love the fact it's fast but there was two transactions I made that the customer didn't get the data and money was deducted. It pained me. Eniitanade

The price you advertise your data is not what you are charging it's just to attract people and that's not transparency. We incure charges while funding wallet and extra charges for selling data again.

I really enjoy your app. I am satisfied with your services. Only that you are not sincere with the price you said you will sell your data. You increase it secretly, you said you will sell it in certain amount but it is no so.

useless app don't download it When you transfer 500 dey will remove 50 naira and when you transfer 50 to balance your money and get a data plan they still take the 50 naira again stupid app.

i credited my wallet and purchase airtime on friday and it went smoothly. but up till now i can't buy either data or airtime and i have sufficient balance in my wallet. i cant click on either pay with Wallet or Atm. The most annoying part is sending a message to info@5starcompany and i got a reply to send my bvn, date of birth, passport, address, biz name etc haba!!!!. please if that is your automated reply abeg delete it. please what do i do to get data o? please, am not condeming the app.

MCD wallet account is really nice. The technology of Mcd is swift and fast compares to other platforms. Cool Data price, tv subscription, etc.

funded my wallet, bought 1gb data.. and without browsing . I checked my data balance in the next 30 minutes it was exhausted, you said its a 90 day subscription but when I subscribed I saw it was 30day

I requested to fund wallet for the first time and I was sent the account number to credit.....I credited the account SAMUEL ODEJINMI GTBANK accout with #1000. The wallet has not been credited, I keep seeing a message that the app is down. What exactly is the problem? Is the app scam? I need answers. I downloaded this app today, funded my wallet and recharge card. You guys told me it will be sent to my mail box. It's up to three hours now, I'm yet to receive the pin. What's going on? THIS APP IS THE BIGGEST SCAM APP IN HISTORY. I funded my MCD wallet with #2000 and wss debited successfully. Only for me to want to buy data and my wallet balance is reading #0. For calm sake, kindly & quickly refund my money today!!!

Since I updated the app, it has not remained the same. It will open, but won't display the balance of my account. And so, won't allow me to make any transactions.

Im not happy with the services @ all, I funded my account, recharged just 3 times and wanted subscribing my line all there kept on saying is quit and login again it's almost 4 hours now.

Your service is okay in terms of wallet funding but i have been having issue with buying data. I am having #1500 on my wallet but i have been unable to buy data and i don't know why it's dificult to buy data while the fund in my wallet is #1500
