Dear app developer team, the design of the app is below the average. Could you kindly tell me what is the purpose of remember me box? If it was designed to save a user id and password for next login then it doesn't work? If not what the hell is that check box doing there? Another issue is inside the app, there is options for showing transaction history but this never ever worked. Please fix all the bugs present and have some testing before going to publish on Google.
When I change my phone or reset it then am not able to login again by the last time password. And I have to authorize my phone again by going to bank and for that I have to fill up the form of password reset or authorization of new phone form. I didn't like this policy. Note: Password should be changed if app is uninstalled or if tried to login in any new phone . That will be better
Worst experince in mobile banking in the name of smart it's the dullest...no remember login can't change password alws in some kind of error ..app doesn't work, apps are meant for quick and easy for customers but here goes the other way.
Lol such a shame we cannot switch the mobile banking on our own...Need to inform the bank that we have switched the device/ Authorize new device doesnt work...Worst mobile banking app ive used: No need to describe as an smart there is nothing called smart on this app
Bug in app with S22 Ultra. Please test the App on s22 ultra for send money section (bank selection dropdown) and qr from file. Both is buggy. Hope u can fix the issue soon.
Comparing This with other mobile banking apps, this Mega Bank's app is totally useless for everything you have to contact bank for connecting with other platform pls contact bank, when changing device pls contact bank, literally everything. If we have to contact bank each and every time what's the use of this platform?

Worst mobile banking app I ever experienced. It is DULL banking not smart . Why should keep such a dumb app just to tell, bank has also mobile banking.
After recent update it shows connection error.
Very Bad Service. I had logged in previously and used app for transfer also. But now I am not able to login since last 4 days, so my transaction are stuck.When asked in Bank, they say its being upgraded but my friends can log in. NO PROPER RESPONSE. It says that my account is not approved.
It was really good before the update.But now it is not really good.We cannot see daily balance of fixed deposite's interest.
Device reset option should be done through OTP system I'm going to closemy account if this goes like that this problem should be fixed Asap
Just installed the app but there is no esewa option in home screen. I'm using redmi note 5 pro. I visited the bank for this issue but some of the staffs showed me the app in their phone there was esewa option, so they exactly couldn't give the solution. So I updated the app, no good. Uninstalled and reinstalled no good. So please do check what's issue.
Cannot load statement for nearly a month, have 2 acc with same numb 1 for business and another personal Befor update we could clealry view the amount, interest rate and everything thats normally visible but now i cant see anything and fore most i get notification of cash withdrawal and deposit twice, first after eery transac i get a notification but why the hell you send the same message at 12 am? Why??
Transactions statement isn't showing at all..
Worst app it takes huge time to show statement need to work alot.
Old version is good,simple and show Money Graphic....(new update is not good)
Worst banking app and ATM service 🤮 and staff also doesn't respond properly.
After update statement is showing error we are not able to see the statement.

Providing the new version is not only enough, while useing the app most of the subscriber are unable to use the app and the best answer from the bank staff is its the problem From above claim down is only the one reason for all the subscriber. woow mega bank.. A grand salute to the new version with mah middle finger.
This app should be able to work without Phone permission being enabled. Mandating things like permissions when it is not necessarily needed is not a proper app behaviour.
Couldn't reset password by self very bad
Why I need to visit bank physically if I changed my device ? Such a poor service for customers .

Worst facility provider. When I try to login in app it says reset your device even though my password and Mobile number was correct. When I went to branch and gave application they told it would be okay within one day but it has been 4 days, I still can't login in the app. 🙏🙏
It is one of the worst app which i have used..any time if i want to make payment or tranfer the funds i couldn't able to do.i can't even recharge my phone from this app.to be honest this is useless app for me. Whatever i want to do from this app it gives some error. I think this app needs to improve more and more so that it can work properly. 😠😠😠
THE WORST IN NEPAL. Always had to call bank for otp and most of the times it says new device detected contact bank. What the hell app developers.
