Gives you a good routine to follow, been using it for a while. Some times too many adds but otherwise good enough
No problem with the odd ad popping up, but when it's a noisy video which wakes my baby girl it just becomes intrusive. So now I can only use the app when in a room alone.

This is a great start for someone that wants to start lifting but done little to figure out their own plan. Good place to start.
Very detailed and does well with descriptions! I like his ideas and nutrition and exercise information as well! It is well rounded and complete in its advice. VERY GOOD!

As a user of morethan 5 gym apps I will say that this apps is definitely worth the juice, with its workout plans, you dont even need an instructor to get you in shape. Ilke it because you dont have too much pop up apps to disturb you and it demonstrates each workout for you perfectly... its definitely my favourite
I have been lifting for about a year and have had a few gains. But not as fast as I wanted it to happen. This app provides an abundance of info regarding exercising, nutrition and balance to help me gain more.
the only thing I didnt like is that there is lots of ads.

Would give 5 stars but the app will not mark any week over 8 as completed. When marking completed and reopening the app, it shows weeks 9+ as not completed. When selecting the unmarked as completed week, all the completed days do show up though. A very minor hiccup for a very good app. I've had to go up a size in shirts because of the huge results I've had.
Nothing left to the imagination...what you see is what you should do to get results fast.
FIX THE PROGRESS CHART. EVERYTHING HAS TO BE IN WHOLE NUMBERS OR IT REGESTERS AS 0. SO IF YOU DO 55.65KM IN YOUR HALF HOUR, IT SAYS THAT YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING. SAME WITH THE WEIGHTS. HALF KILO, QUAYER KILO KILO = 0. FIX IT PLEASE!
