Sadly ineffective. About half the time I can't get the app to start it all and a good portion of the time it does not show San Antonio as a destination city although he can be a departure City. This makes it almost useless to me.
it's not technically broken. it's just pointless. i uninstalled it very quickly because it just redirects me to the website. when i downloaded the app, i was expecting it to be more convenient than the browser. I will continue to use megabus like it's 2005 only because of their prices.
Doesn't do much. Thought needed app to watch videos on bus. Actually videos only work in browser. Due to slow wifi can't really watch anyway. Choice of videos very limited. Lot of kids cartoons.
Badly managed. Incomplete and cumbersome functionality. Development seems to have been abandoned.
WiFi never works drivers are either incompetent or condescending. This is the second time I've had this same driver and just like last time he's 2hrs. behind.and on this trip theres the bonus of waiting 6hrs. as opposed to the normal 3 or 4 hrs for a pitstop .its disgraceful that the customers gotta pay for the drivers incompetence. Since he's horrible at keeping time I gotta wait till 5 pm. To have my first meal of the day after leaving San Francisco at 11am.
Its 2019 we should be past making apps that simply redirect. putting in the required information only to be redirected to the website where I have to reenter my information is unacceptable. Pixel 2XL Android 9
This app seems fairly pointless. If I can't even log in and see my trips what's the point? I don't book on a phone so there's no real info on the app.
bad company! my bus was learly 5 hours late,prices seem to good to be true, which they are. couldnt wait 5hours so i just had to catch a plane. so the trip ended up being not so cheap.
When the app actually works, it's awesome. But it constantly crashes and is practically unusable
The scheduling time has been shortened so that they can make more money. In the state of Ohio Megabus could make a fortune running buses up the I-71 corridor, connecting the three C's, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland. serving approximately 6 million potential customers. Oops! Oh, it's the Greyhound route Monopoly.
A rather pointless app. I *think* there are some useful features in here, but the UX is so poor that I cannot find them.
Very poorly designed. Kicks you out to the (much better) website anyway if you want to buy tickets. Why have this app at all?
I love this bus because it's always been on time, not like greyhound where you are stuck in some random town for hrs. There are times when they have no buses for 6 to 8 hrs even though they sold u a ticket.
i will never do business with megabus ever again they were nerarly 3 hours late last night. and ended up costing me more than it was worth and they kept lying to everyone and hung up on u if u asked for a manager or say theres not 1 here call back in 10 mins and they couldnt never tell u where the bus was. this was my 1st and last time using this service.
Not a real mobile application. It just opens the mobile web site when you attempt to purchase tickets.
This app is useless. I can't choose traveling from CA to NV. What's the point??? INISTALLED!

WORST BUS COMPANY EVER! YOUR BUS WILL ALWAYS BE LATE! I had 3 trips with them untill now..all 3 were late..in the latest incident the driver had to stop for a 45min break..what? I mean I get it that they have to have a break by law every sertain amount of hours they work, but why scedule that break to be in the middle of the ride and not include it in the time of the ticket? just dont...
I used to be able to follow the bus trip on the map. But that feature doesn't work any longer.
When you go to search for a bus, the app redirects straight back to a Web browser wasted time download this app
Junk, it just sends you to the website and has expired info. Deleted.
Lol I installed this to check why my Megabus is delayed and it told me it couldn't check at the moment because lack of info. Nice
i don't really understand the point of the app, since it makes you go to the website anyway for everything. the information you put in for purchasing a ticket had to be reentered on the website .you can't view your tickets in the app, (you have to actually find the email). it's not worth the space on your phone (i immediately uninstalled)
