While the app is pretty functional and there's great "deals" on collectibles, the deals are basically rendered non-existant after the ridiculous shipping prices. $11 being the cheapest option for a Hasbro Ghostbusters figure and $20 to ship a Neca Ultimate figure. I uninstalled it as there's simply cheaper alternatives to buy stuff from that actually do have deals with reasonable shipping costs.

1st impressions WORST impressions First time buyer with this company. The app works well enough to take your money but thats it. Also IF they intend to ship what you ordered out the app requires a 3rd party tracking app very inconvenient, but wouldn't worry much about downloading the tracking app since they dont seem to send what you ordered in the 1st place. I had placed an order 9/11/20 its now 11/12/20 and nothing. The figures were pretty standard nothing rare and they still cant manage.

It was great in the beginning. Recently(last year) I pre-ordered multiple items, items that are quite expensive now. If they were reliable I wouldn't be spending more money than I have to. They also haven't done anything to try andake this right.

I bought an "in-stock" item last August and still haven't received it yet - I also paid for priority shipping! I email them once or twice a month asking for updates and all I get are the same "COVID-related" replies. I asked them for a full-refund but I haven't heard back yet. Update: they didn't process my refund (they said they did, but my bank said otherwise). Went ahead and filed a dispute. After the investigation, the BANK refunded me. I never heard back from Megalopolis. Ever.

Do NOT buy anything from this company! I pre-ordered an expensive item from them in June 2020, & they charged my credit card for it in August 2020. Once they charged my credit card, supposedly that means they have the item & are getting ready to ship it. But no, I never received the item through the end of 2020, & had contacted them about it. In 2021, they had me fill out a refund form, but I still have not gotten my money back. Now they won't respond to emails. They stole my money! Crooks!

To Ulterrib, Greg, Rebi, and others with similiar reviews. I wanted to thank you all so I hope you read this before it gets taken down. I buy anything that is DC. I have spent, very literally, over 1000 dollars in the last few months on just the McFarlane figures. I would have ordered tons from here, likely all at once, which is a scary thought now. Thank you all for taking the time to write about your experiences. It might seem like a waste of time but it really does save others. U guys ROCK!!

DO NOT USE I have had THE WORST experience EVER "buying" products from this app. I had made several preorders over the last few months for figures I wanted and I NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF THEM. I emailed them from the help link in their app and didn't receive ANY UPDATES unitl two days ago, when they informed me all my preorders had been cancelled. I will never be using this service again and if you value your time, your money, and your hobby, I beg you to look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! Buyers beware. I have been waiting for a shipment for nearly a month, and have yet to ship it out. Want to try and get a hold of customer service? Good luck! They continue to ignore phone calls, no follow up on emails, besides automated responses, and its very difficult to get a estimated time for shipment when you do finally contact them. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've been told my order will be shipped out "next week". Don't bother with them.

I wish I could say that I'm pleased with this company but I'm very disappointed. Was excited to be able to take advantage of early ordering but they have failed miserably. Then after a month of no activity for shipping I notified them. I got the standard covid excuse which was totally fine but now they claim that my order has shipped but it's sitting in Salt Lake for days which in turn means they created a label to appease me but it's still not shipped. Not a very good first impression at all.

It's been over a month they haven't shipped my order. They have imposed a route insurance amounting 24$ which actually costs 0.98$ at their check out section. They are not replying to my mails. Pathetic site don't buy from them. They have robbed me of my hard earned money as they are not willing to cancel my order or ship it.

Great app, however, you all need to get your store in order. I have three outstanding pre orders that were never fulfilled on your end despite taking my payment for all three. Very slow shipping purchased an in stock item three weeks ago still has not shipped it out yet. **UPDATE** Still haven't received my item. Been a couple of months already keeps responding my emails with the same coping and paste email, using Covid as an excuse for not shipping my item.

Overlord of Diasppointment. After making an order and being super excited to save some money on figures I had my eye on i ended up having to reach out to them when it was nearly 2 1/2 weeks and my order haven't even been looked at to ship. That's the first red flag. Then they contacted me a few days later to say they didn't have one of the figures, then the next day they didn't have either. Second red flag. Then they offered to give me store credit as opposed to a refund. What a joke.

Horrible experience with this company they have stolen my money and they don't even respond to emails or phone calls 😒. I've ordered a set of marvel legends back in September it is now 2 days before January and they still haven't received anything from them. I have on numerous occasions ask for a refund and was told that I would receive it in 10 business days !! But that was a lie I guess now all I can do is have my lawyer look into it!!!

Company never sent items. Never responded to emails and had no working phone number to contact for customer service. Had to contact my credit card company to resolve the issues. App worked fine, but the company itself was a total joke.. Buyer beware!

This company did an investment opportunity that came with incentives which ended months ago. They have stated that they have sent out all the incentives but the majority of investors have seen nothing. They also refuse to communicate. They are still using covid as reasoning for their terrible communication and customer service. Matt the owner won't return emails or phone calls and with the store being closed he can't be confronted in person. App is glitchy and constant push notifications

Poor customer service and lack of communication. Sent several messages and emails that were never answered. Tried to call but all it did was ring. Finally got through to someone after the order was charged and a week later still did not ship. Negative comments or reviews are removed by Megaopolis on Facebook.

Though I have not ordered anything from the app or the website yetif you go on YouTube or you just read the comments you could have just automatically tell that it has many good reviews and many people buy off of it and I have a lot of faith in this app so whether I do end up buying something from the website from the app or the websiteI still am super excited about all of this and how all the prices are so cheap and so overall I love this app!!!!!

Had ordered figures from them 2 years ago and received them eventually, and then before the pandemic started I had ordered some more figures only to be told that it was delayed, then when I followed up enquiries I was told that the order had to be cancelled and would receive repayment within 10 working days. Payment didn't arrive so enquired again only to receive no further comments from the company. My advice is DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, they will only mess you around
