It turned off the paid annual subscription. the service does not work completely on all devices. Clause 3 of the User Agreement has been violated, because they do not provide services in whole or in part. there is no response to the official request sent by me through the application. the facebook group writes that there is some kind of technical problem, but they do not specify which one. Return the money, write a clear human response, I am ready to wait until the well-known situation is resolv
I get so angry! I have to buy a monthly subscription and then I have to every film!!! WHY?! TELL ME?? What for do I need your monthly subscription?! Oh yeah, I know why, so I can buy films from you. Great marketing, zero thoughts about customers.
These guys have «sanctioned» me, a foreigner, just 'cause I work in Russia. I'm a megogo user for the last several years, and have a 1 year pre-paid subscription. Megogo turned off all their services for all users located in Russia, support is unavailable (neither phone or email), and it's impossible to get refunded or even untie a credit card from their service, to cancel automatic payments. Megogo basically stole its user's money and is cowardly hiding behind claims of «technical difficulties»
Disgusting. I have paid a 6 month fee in order to watch my shows and all, and what do I see? Almost all the shows I want either have been "blocked from my region" or are no longer in my subscription. Iam sorry but when you change something, it is nice to see what you do without me needing to go on a search to find your log. Also your site doesn't even load. Like, it is true that you pay less than, let's say netflix, only 2 bucks for my subscription, but what you lose for that 8 bones is disgusti
Used to work smoothly and the support service was always available until this Ukraine thing hit up. Now neither our favorite content nor the support service are available, plus server seems to be down. I want my money back, but cannot figure out how
So many chanels and movies. Good quality and translation. BUT I purchased subscribe and couldn't load a movie. At first it just couldn't load, then it started working normally but 11 episodes disappeared. Maybe it works only with this movie. If what problem was with "Mystic".
Wo! different. It ticked me off when I realized all the american shows (they picture in playstore) are basically just what they've attempted to recreate their own version ~ and sell. It's like Russiian Netflix, in Russian, for Americans, with (from what I've seen) are poor quality low budget bee movies and half baked attemps at comedy series' that probably are not funny in in every culture as they are perceived differently. Perhaps I'm wrong. Doubt it but I'll never know. Uninstalling.
You need to be there's truth in advertising. In these pictures I saw American actors and films, but I can't find all these US films. It hurts me I feel cheated. This is paid app and subscribe. All Russian films. I was thinking I can watch American films but this is not. I can't watch it free. Uninstall.
Megog is missing a very useful feature. Automatically play the last played content after waking up from sleep, as YouTube does for example. After waking up the TV box, Megogo remains in pause mode. This is very inconvenient because I want the set-top box to turn on in the morning and the content starts to play.
Very poor service, in stead of providing films this app just promote some political topic about helping ukraine and charged me even when I stop my subscription
Found on TV no longer ago. Amazing app that has everything in it!! Movies with full HD TV channels serials etc. You deserve more 5*!! Never change!
There is no option to watch movies with original (english) audio and no subs. Russian or other subs turn on by default and you can't turn them off. And i don't get why they don't give end user that option, 'cause when you switch to russian for ex., you can turn on and off the subs. That's a huge con for me, hence 3 stars.
Streaming of TV-channels through Chromecast always interrupts for about 5 seconds and then automatically come back. Need to fix this issue

I found easily the movies that I couldn't find on Netflix. In English and even in Azerbaijani . This is a great source.
Everything works fine. But it will be cool to add a button to lock all buttons and swipes in Fullscreen mode. It is annoying when you watching a video and occasionally change the channel or exit full screen.
It looks like a great app, but unfortunatly my glasses broke and i only speak english. Its a good price for everything too but ive never heard of any of the movies and though tv channels was my main interest im not paying before i check them out. Most apps at least give a free preview week. I was really interested in some tv channels but didnt know if they was any good. Sorry, but uninstalling for now. Thanks!
absolitelly terrbible UX on smartTV - i am really curios if PMs and UI designers ever tried to use/test own product or maybe they use netflix?. maybe good thing about it only price? problems with schedules, tv programs time does match actual program start. no searches or filter in program schedules. terrible control of actual playing program (play, fast forward vs back) wrong click might causd exit of the program and u can not resume it anymore from exited moment...
Good video quality. However, if you close the app it doesn't remember which video you watched and where you stopped watching. It's annoying to search every time to continue watching. If that would be fixed 5 stars could be given.
Excellent quality, great prices in compare to its competitors. I just wish I could download purchased movies to my computer as well. I can only watch them on my Apple TV, while I cannot watch if the internet become instabled.
Different content for mobile and TV apps. No options to change scaling or aspect ratio. Some movies appear on the screen shrinked, some stretched. Should be something absolutely basic to implement these days.
This is a good app for watching TV programs or something like shows, films. I especially like it because for one payment you get 4 devices for one account. The only thing I don't like is that on Samsung TV loading bars can appear and do NOT disappear until I reboot the tv😕
Couldn't cancel one of 2 subscriptions for 2 month. have been charged twice. Very angry with your service :(
I've paid for sport event and didn't have an access to the app, they shown a bunch of errors. It seems like too much people wanted to see this. But unfortunately app is not very reliable.

Since I have heard about Megogo I have been amazed at the amount of content that is available & since then the content has continued to grow! THE ENGLISH OPTIONS ON THE ANDROID TV APP NOW WORKS! Before the English option on some of the TV channels that were available didn't work but have been updated & now works perfectly! Thank you! For the price of a subscription & with the amount of content that continues to grow within Megogo, is totally worth it! Thank you for the wonderful service.
Horrible experience! They charged autimatically for subscription and I didn't claim. I decided to watch a movie and they asked to pay 80 grn more for HD!! Sorry, what? You charged me maximal subscription plan for me to pay for movies? Operator informed that it's premium movie which will be available for free after 1 month, but movie already 3 years old (2017)!!!! I don't recommend anyone megogo, waste of money, I'll watch movie from another source.
After last update, the program is not functioning properly, always the stream stuck/freeze the screen. I have bought a yearly subscription and can't use it fully. Fix it!!!
