Can't order groceries anymore. I used to all the time but the past 3 days it just won't let me anymore. It has an error everytime I check out. Update: that problem fixed itself after a few weeks. Now I have the issue where not everything I add to my cart actually gets added. I have to go add things 3 or 4 times before it works. Maybe it's my phone, but its just weird I've never had these issues before.

Got the app so I could use the scan and go option so I could avoid the lines. Have used it a lot over several months. I would say over 95% of my visits have required an associate to check me out after I used the app, wasting the employees time and my own. While the app helps you save money with coupons, I wouldn't recommend the scan and go option, it's faster to let someone else check you out.

Edit: upped to 4 stars because I went back and the shop and scan feature worked better, tho still had some issues. The app is really well designed and I LOVE the idea of the shop and scan feature! I went to the store and the first 15 or so items it scanned it worked great. Then for no reason at all I got an Item Not Found error. After that point EVERY single item I scanned gave me the same error and I had to give up and use a normal self scan checkout instead.

The app was great! I used this app a lot to help save money and time! Since the last update the choose pickup/delivery section is broken! Claims I don't have a saved address and won't let me add one! If I sign in to my account on the website I can shop for delivery, so the issue is with the app! I can not shop through the app for delivery which is the only reason I use it. Until the app actually works it doesn't even deserve 1 star.

You can't easily view your order number, or copy it from inside the app. The app wouldn't let me cancel my order. When you call customer service no one answers, and it gives you no que to tell you where you're at in the wait list for talking to someone. Very easy to place an order, but if you realize you won't be able to pick it up, so far I haven't found a way to cancel. Horrible app, and horrible customer service experience.

Buggy. We love our local Meijers but with three young kids I have to have pickup orders and the app continually refuses to allow me to checkout. Or if I'm unlucky I can't even get there because the items won't add to my cart to begin with. Even when it does work, I can't check in through the app when I pull up to the space. These problems have happened off and on for the last few months and it's the main reason we switched to Walmart for our pickup orders.

It worked great for the longest time. But now it doesn't work for me at all. I placed an order and then had to cancel. Ever since then, I can't change stores or add anything to my cart. I get the error "unable to verify cart changes". It has made the app completely unusable. I've even unistalled and reinstalled . If I can get it fixed, this is a 5 star app.

Worked good until about a week ago. For past week, the app will only let me clip a few coupons before showing a "an error has occured and a coupon could not be clipped". I have to close the app and go back in to try to see and clip other coupons and then a few clips later the error occurs again.

When it works, it's a good app, but it simply is not reliable even when connected to the store wifi. When the app works, it makes shopping amazing, but when I make time in my schedule to take a shopping trip and the app isn't working, it is beyond frustrating. The inconsistency to me isn't worth it. No sense in using an app if it only functions about half the time. Been this way for years and today was the final straw - generously giving 2 stars.

Since the latest update I've had difficulties checking into the store and completely orders as well as viewing previous orders. The error I get every time is that I need to check my internet connection. Now I know for 100% that I have good connection. This only started since the last update. I did Uninstall and reinstall the app hopping it would fix the error and no luck. Not sure if this is only and android problem or not.

Update: I was finally able to check out. The store was also having an issue with the app. Unable to process my payment. Contacted me to go to the service desk to pay & then they loaded my groceries. They were very nice & apologetic. I Hope it get fixed soon. Changed my rating to 4 stars...... Used to be a good app. Since last update it struggles to load the cart especially if I view cart then leave to add an item & then wait & wait to get back in. I can't check out if I can't load the cart!

It would be nice, if it worked well and was accurate. Most of my deliveries there are at least 10-20 items missing when I get it. Deliveries can be hours late with no notice. Almost impossible to get an order cancelled. Going to try the Kroger app to see if it's any better.

Not very reliable. When scanning prices may not even appear and when they do they're wrong. When ordering online their inventory is always wrong. Pretty sure all my online orders are never complete. It's a very annoying app. But scanning while shopping for quick checkout is worth it.

5 attempts to re-download and set up account through app. After 4 months of attempts I give up. App won't allow selecting "my store" to associate with my account thus no account ste up at all. Apparently your not concerned about this ongoing issue many have experienced. And no I'm absolutely NOT sending an email repeating needlessly what I have put here. Just let us know if you ever fix it. Uninstalled, not wasting space waiting for a fix.

It works 50% of the time, in the fact that it saves time at check-out 50% of the time. I don't know what algorithm triggers it to tell an employee to double-check us but when it happens, we have to stand and wait (since they're already short-staffed) to have them scan some items for us, which of course takes away the whole point of conveniently and quickly getting through check out.

App works 50% of the time. Crashes constantly. Orders are almost always messed up. Items that are in stock are listed as out of stock and vise versa. Over charged for items never received.

Unable to see Order Pickup Receipts. All I get is the infamous "Please check your internet connection and try again" message. Trust me, my internet connection is working just fine. It's your app or receipt system that's broken. I'd like to get the receipts for Box Tops rewards for kids.

Worthless app. Try to clip a coupon and it says "add offer failed". Try to choose pickup or delivery and it says "failed to retrieve store details". I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same thing. Mom of 2 and went for the $10 off of diapers and missed out on it because the app wouldn't work. Also tried the web version and nothing. Meijer sent out a mailing for our new store and had an offer for $10 off your $30 or more purchase with new Mperks membership.. didn't work.

Been working great up until last month when it won't access the camera to scan items in store. Occasionally, rear camera works for scanning, but no option to switch camera for checkout QR scan, so basically useless.

Usually great im enjoying the shop and scan though last week the app crashed as i tried to start shopping and wouldnt do anything but display a oops error. As of today it was still doing so luckily reinstalling the app fixed this im really hoping this doesnt happen during a shop and scan again.

Terrible!! Tried placing order yesterday and shopper was shopping said she was finished. I waited by the window for 2 hours, no show. Called Meijers after waiting 26 minutes they answered and said order was cancelled. So ordered again nothing. Called again after waiting a half hour they answered and said they were having trouble with all the delivery orders. So had to wait till tomorrow, but I wouldn't get the things that were on sale. Spent 4 or 5 hours trying to place order. It sucked.

Newest update now makes coupons clickbait. I clipped a coupon that says 2$ off trash bags ok, after buying it never registered. Opened app and then fully opened coupon now all of them are when you buy 1 you get the next purchase discount... Disappointed UPDATE. App has a glitch I got screenshot proof can't upload from review, but coupons will sometimes say coupon applied or buy 1 more to save. So just tap on it until It says discount applied hopefully it will work at checkout?

Viewing reciepts does not work anymore :(. Works most of the time. At times it has difficulty connecting to internet. Has good coupons, tells you sale items. If you are set to your store, it tells you the isle your product is in when you search which is nice. If you have a problem with the app the store cannot help, you have to contact the app which can get frustrating. And if you have two similar coupons it uses the oldest first whether that is the greatest discount at the time or not.

Usually this app is great, but ever since there was an update, I can no longer view my receipts. You're supposed to now be able to see pick up orders (which I don't do) and then click over to in store receipts. I can no longer view my in store receipts. I called and they said everyone is having this problem. Can we please get it fixed? Thank you! Otherwise love this app. Edited to add in response to Meijer: I do have the latest update. It actually worked better before the latest update.

UPDATE: Just uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it now works great! Go figure! 😊 Never had a problem until today. Wanted to check the coupons before shopping. Opened the app and it said oops something went wrong and to retry. Still wouldn't work. Had to shop without coupons. 😠

Most recent updates don't allow you to check in for pickup. "sorry there was an issue" - forced to call or sms. Not alone here as I've encountered others unable retrieve their orders as well. The problem of missing product substitution info missing still remains despite Tha Jan 14 release notes. Relying on the image thumbnail alone for substitutions is silly, as soon as one image is not available you cannot perform the substitutions approval/refusal.

Good luck finding anything! I searched "2% milk" and all I got was a technical error. They had enough time to get this app to work. Like anything Meijer does, it is thrown together without any care for the customer. If I wanted to be frustrated finding things, I would go to the store to experience that.

I enjoy the app, the option of swiping the coupons I'm not interested in and clearing the coupons available was something I really liked, I ended with a blank slate. Now it shows items to shop so I must now scroll and scroll and scroll to get to any new coupons. I liked the old way better.

I'm using this app for 4 years and from time to time cannot login. Suggested I forgot my password or email. This issue never happened from my PC. I'm tired of trying several times to type the password, to reinstall the app, and to call customer service. Uninstalled.
