I joined MCU and have been using this app since right before the pandemic in end of February 2020/first few days of March at the latest and I started and i worked at Meijer around April of 2019. I wish I would've joined MCU way sooner but I had no idea about all the perks and opportunities until a MCU rep came in and explained them to us. I no longer work at Meijer due to health issues but I have no plan to leave MCU because they are amazing. Best customer service and loans
No problems with the site, easy to use
I have had to call 3 times in the last 48hrs in order to attempt to get my paycheck and I'm a meijer employee!!! Said you get paid on Wednesday THAT'S A LIE you have to call and have someone unfreeze your account after your pays been deposited. My debit card still hasn't arrived and I can't sign up for bill pay or bank to bank transfer!!! I AM GETTING SCREWED OUT OF MY PAYCHECK DON'T BE NEXT!!!!
App is not mobile friendly the latest update just made it so much more annoying. Doesn't default to accounts on home screen.
Support was impossible to get a hold of and there are no ways to link external banks. Other banking and payment services have a difficult time recognizing Meijer Credit Union. Bad decision, don't register.
Awesome site! So easy to use and very user friendly! If it weren't a good credit union, I would never have remained a member for forty(40)+ years!
How insane is this? A person goes inside the credit union and tells them he wants to withdraw $4,000. The answer you get is no you can't withdraw $4,000 you can only $2500. You have to come back tomorrow for the other $1500.What the heck is that all about? If I have $1,000,000 in my account - I can't withdraw $4,000 because you don't want to give me MY money. That I have to come back tomorrow to get in excess of $2,500?! So if I wanted $7,000 I have to come back three days. How crazy is that?
I listen to this all morning.long. local station and I really enjoy the djs.
Not user friendly at all. Please at look at other banks and how they do it because this sucks

Wheres the old app? Whatever "upgrades" were made feel more like downgrades.
