When it works, which is roughly half the time, it's great. Really frustrating when you're in a hurry and the app won't open or gives you an error message! Once again as I try to login, I can't even click on it, it's non-reactive when I open it, no way to click on it. So I go through the grocery app and try to login and it just spins and stops! Argh!!!!

This is a new "improved" app. The old one worked fine this one might be good for meijers but it is not good for the customer if and when it works. A whole lot of processing ending in somethings wrong try again later. No date on first page to tell last time you put in for refill. You have to go thru each script to get any info. If its wrong you have to call to get script filled, kind of defeats the purpose of the APP.

Used to be great, now it's just messed up. Doesn't notify me when scripts are ready. Tells me that a one-month supply of a med is due to be refilled in three months (or vice-versa). Can't even look at the script details or order a refill for one of my daughter's meds--the page never moves past "loading". This all started when they added the MedSync feature, turning a great app into a lousy one. I really wish they'd fix it.

Used this app all the time. Just got the upgrade and now it won't open. Uninstalled and reinstalled, twice, and it still won't work. When I try to open, it just hangs on a spinning circle and then I get a pop-up stating that "something went wrong". Have uninstalled permanently. Disappointing as I used this app for the entire family's scripts.

I don't know what happened but someone messed up with this app! I could use it once when I downloaded it but it was so slow and unresponsive. Now it is 100% unresponsive upon trying to log in, citing that "a problem has occurred" and to "please try again later". This app is basically garbage sitting in my phone memory waiting to be fixed since I kind of need it. Wish I could just uninstall now but I guess I'll have to wait to see if Meijer actually decides to fix this mess.

Have time remembering the password as get locked out then have to change it. Would be great if there was something else to sign in to make it easier. Finger print scanner or something similar. Spend more time trying to sign into it I want. Password for Rx, password for just the app, then another for the credit card. Come on. I understand security, but not easy to remember all the passwords.

What is happening with this app? It no longer will send me text message reminders when my scripts can be refilled and when my scripts are ready to be picked up. It has never been the most user friendly, but at least it used to work. I had to change my notifications to email. I can only hope that will work. Extremely frustrating!

It won't let me create an account!! I've made sure that my email is correct and double checked that I didn't already have an account made from long ago as well as input the information for everything in correctly. It looks like it is trying to process everything and then a pop up that says Meijer Rx with a button to click ok pops up but that's all and no account is created. Super disappointed 😞

"Something went wrong. Please try again later." This app has been malfunctioning for two or more months. Using Android on pixel 1 phone. Three or more months ago, it was easy to use, and working fine. Now, I see the above message when I start the app and when I try to log in. I tried to download it on an older phone running Android, but same thing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, which helped me log in once, but I can't log in again. Utter waste of time.

They updated again, and made the format goodester/besteresty (pretty much unusable for anyone)!!! It's amazing that in this era of MODERN technology Meijer tech has consciously chosen to make their app less functional than physically marking off day by day on a paper calendar when you have to reorder each and every prescription you have. Wish I could give negative stars.

This most recent update is terrible. I like the features they attempted to implement, but trying to log in with biometrics or user name/password has been hit and miss. Mostly miss. Very frustrating that I can't reliably log in. Load times when attempting to update account information makes dial-up look fast.

Used to work really well. You could view a history of prescriptions. It would actually save your login. Both of those are no longer true and now I get prompted everytime I open the app asking if I want this as my default device. It's my ONLY device.

It freezes constantly every time I go to fill a prescription, then I have to close out the app and go back in and redo this process for every single prescription and it's annoying because I have a lot. It's really making me angry. Other than that I like the interface and loved it before it started this nonsense.

Horrible, it does not work 98% of the time, and when it does always freeze after a few minutes. It used to be a very good app. to check and refill prescription but it started going downhill and right now is horrible and impossible to use. Please, fix it.

"updates" are making it worse! Loved the app originally but after a few 'updates' it only functions half the time. I uninstalled and reloaded but it is still slow and often refuses to open. "Down for maintenance" is at least a weekly occurrence. Incredibly frustrating when you are trying to manage meds for elderly parents.

Will not allow me to sign in. This happens all the time. I click sign in and it just acts like it's loading then stays on the sign in screen. When using my fingerprint it just pops up the same information over and over again. Gets frustrating.
