This app does not work. I was unable to access my account. It continually goes back and forth between the opening page and the sign-in screen and never actually logs me into my account.
Don't waste your time with a beta app. Update 2021-08-10: App is still catastrophic. Almost every second time, I cannot enter the app because of some "errors" which are not clear to the user. For that 50% that I can get into the app: - there happens another UNKNOWN error. - the documents cannot be fetched. - the status of the bills are unclear or wrong! On top, the app does not let add photos/scans from device, one must use in-app integrated camera to append a document to a request.
Definitely much better than the web interface, but the fact that you cannot upload documents from your phones storage is my biggest pain point. Also I get a lot of server side (500) errors when accessing the inbox. A hudge benefit would also be having your Vorsorgegutscheine digitally available to attach to receipts when submitting. Generally the app is fast and has good usability, things are easy to find and work well.
Very good, I like the fact you can write an accompanying text with the bills. And that the app asks you if you are finished, it gives you time to check you haven't forgotten to photo a page.
App is easy to use and self-explanatory. Works flawlessly.
Easy way to inform your health insurance about your open invoices, let's see if the process will be faster as promised in the letter from SI. Month's later: The app is great! As a family user we appreciate the overview of our bills, everything was worked on within the deadlines, very happy to have this App and can only recommend it to other clients of Signal iduna!
Never finds any text when scanning bills. This makes the app completely pointless

It can't focus the camera to scan bills! The old app has no problems with it. The app freezes up or get stuck in please wait mode.
User-friendly app, with a lot of potential for future services. Possible improvements: a chat system, to get quick information; the contact via the app could already prefill information, such as the Versicherungsnummer, instead of calling to the general number that is also available on the website and go through 5 minutes of questions which could be prefilled in the app.
Easy to useand really informative. I know what is being done and it is "foreign speakers" friendly (it is very straightforward to use so no need of elaborate level of language understanding)
The app doesn't start at my device (OnePlus 7 Pro w Android 10). A fix would be well appreciated. Update: App was fixed and is now running
I'm glad Signal Iduna finally has a fully-fledged app. And it works well. The only thing I'd improve would be adding English support.

I cannot log in to my account, it just doesnt let me in. All the data is correct, but after loading it just throws me back to the log in page. Whatever i do, doesnt work. And even over the browser there is no way to get it.... i guess i just have to send all the docs via email 🤷♀️
