I'm looking for the train, but application replies bus connections. Returns only 3, that do not have requested number of places. After setting start time in filter it suggests to book more places, than I requested. I do not understand how to use it.
When paying for the trains I had reserved, the booking was cancelled but the paypal order still went through. I just payed 40€ and didn't get any tickets. The app is still not fully developed, don't use it if you want to keep your money (or sanity).
The booking is easy, although for some reason i could not pay with a bank trasfer/debit card. The seating is comfortable. There was no WiFi available in either trip, contrary to what was advertised. Ventilation could be improved upon.
Useless, this app straight up just shows the website in my browser. I would call this a waste of storage space, if you want an app for traveling by flixtrain just use the flixbus app, that one works...
You cannot select any dates. It brings up a calendar of greyed out dates with no option to cancel off the screen and the back button doesn't work. Stuck using DB for the foreseeable future I guess 🙄
Both flixbus and flixtrain are the most unreliable and unprofessional services that I've even seen ..there is 90% at least a 40 minutes unexcused delay und also terrible uncomfortable seats .. please don't make a mistake and choose this service again
the app itself it works properly, sometimes it blocks on the payment process with PayPal. But the worst is the train delays that we can only have the delays info after buying the tickets. would be great to have this improvement for the customer information.
The train has been cancelled without any alternative. As a result we lost 150 euros for the new tickets and a day of vacation. How could the train service possibly be that unreliable in Germany in 2022?
Loading connections takes a while, maybe because of the driving train gif? I think that only makes it take longer I'd really like to see details of the suggested journeys before I have to reserve a seat, like if it's a bus ride plus a train and if so, where to change, how long to wait etc.
Good: show tickets easily. Meh: App is partially just an overlay for Chrome, but not everyone uses Chrome. Hmm: US date format in English-language app. Change it to default to device date format or show the ubiquitous ddmmyyyy instead. Mmddyyyy should only show inside the US.
I tried to pay by PayPal 2 tickets within the app but got frozen after last Click To Proceed after Order Confirmation displaying. Also I Do not understand why this app does not use more safety by GPay /GooglePay as used by the other app FlixBus?? GPay is a great faster and safer system to instant pay online
I am giving 4 points because the price is way cheaper than DB but sad to say, the App need some more work. Tried to buy tickets but then after reserving a seat, the payment button is gone.
Just like everyone said.. You can't use PayPal and my EC card wasn't accepted either. It's also a dumb app- it won't remember your details and restarts your whole process if you click out of the tab. I wish it was like the Flixbus app.
Yes you can find cheap tickets. But, there are cases of overbook of the same seat. Everyone was looking for empty seats and was sitting anywhere. Total chaos!!
Lots of bugs. When choosing to pay by paypal a blank screen comes up and nothing happens. Even Direct payment doesn't work
If you can't even write an app that works, how are you supposed to maintain a train? I have to jump back and forth in order routine in order to get through and at the end there's a white screen.
When I first entered the blac space from: "Berlin" I pressed Enter and count move on with filling out thr other blana spaces. So I pressed Back and got kicked out of the App.
Impossible to pay with PayPal on my Android 9 phone. Accepted my credit card for the outbound train - but refused the same card for the return journey.
slow, no login to old account, paypal not working: Need to redo the complete process in browser.
Nice app but the FlixTrains are often late and do not offer as much comfort as the Deutsche Bahn.
Don't even bother downloading this app. It keeps telling me that I don't "you don't have tickets" when I actually bought a week ago.
I tried to buy with Paypal, but didn't worked. I had clicked more teimes but didn't worked. why?????
It won't let me pay, no matter what I do, this app just stops working the moment I want to pay for the trips.

Why does it take ages to finish booking? And apparently I am using the app on my phone, why does it keep the voucher can only redeem via app??????
Please fix the email field saying that emails are not correct, when there is a trailing whitespace...
Booked via website, but tickets don't show up after login. Also no option to logout (login occurred automatically probably corresponding to my Google, but there should be the option to use another account...). Edit: They show up in the Flixbus app. Don't get the point of this extra app then.
