The app is pretty slow... But after the latest update it crashes every time I try to log in...

Still lacking features of the web version. Unable to create new tags (for example) with the app. Functions more like a "lite" extension of the web app rather than a fully featured application. Ok for a first release, but leaves much to be desired. I'm hoping to see functionality improvements in subsequent releases.

Looks well but functionally needs work. The flow of the app is strange, all buttons are leading to a navigation drawer coming in, quite odd. You can long press an item in a column and there is a check box selected but no option to do anything with it. Swiping between the project states is not obvious, there is no indicator. Hope it's actively being worked on cos it can be great.

It's extremely buggy and the animations lag too much. Even changing the device orientation causes the whole app to reload. In portrait mode, I can't seem to swipe between members, open and closed tasks. Furthermore, the app doesn't recognizes basic Android swipes because it is a Web Wrapper in my opinion rather than a pure Android app. Even if the web interface is beautiful and so charming to work with, I suggest developers to build and design this app according to the Android ecosystem.

Was reviewing task management software out there, and a big part of it was how well their app worked. I was going to go with Meister Task but the app was too buggy. I changed my password online, but was still able to get into the app with out relogging in. That says security risk to me. The UI is excellent, but it also looks a little too "apple."

I understand this is the first release, but it is slow and there are many bugs, i cannot understand how did you tested this before uploading it to the play store, leaving the app is not working, you need to press the back button many times and it keeps going to other previous windows, it is slow, and taking advantage from Android features like simply swiping to see you profile or project list, needs much improvements.. PS: i'm using it on marshmallow Galaxy Note 5

It simply won't allow me to create a task on my Nexus 6P, keeps going round and round asking which project and status I want but never actually let's me create the task. Very buggy and clearly never properly tested

on my Pixel C you can't drag and drop tasks between lists, making the app pointless. Also, there is no native functionality such as notifications through this web wrapper. It's not something I am willing to pay for yet.

Got your reply, Excited to see the offline capability App...(Web application is good. But mobile app is not that much. Lacking features of no offline. Need internet always. It's a web wrapper kind of thing.)

As some comments left before, the Apps got a lot of bugs to fix. I would like to do a trial run with actual application but it freezes randomly so I gave up. Wish it could be improved.

Two stars just because I know and love iOS and desktop versions of the app - otherwise I would give it zero. I know this is the very first version, but it is soooo incomplete and buggy. Working with the app on my iPad right after I closed it on my android tablet almost made me cry...

The platform is easily four stars or more, but the Android app is two stars in this unpolished state. Sorry, devs, but needing offline capability is just a reality of how people use mobile devices nowadays...especially for to-do apps! But I'm looking forward to your promised re-write of the app coming--hopefully--soon. I'll gladly pay for offline and widgets as a reasonable Android app-specific premium, but not to the tune of $9 a month.

First, I'll say that this is for an individual not a team. I've tested and tried various task management tools from WunderList to Droptask and ToDoist. Most of them do very well when using their web application but fall short on the mobile apps, which is for me, what I really need to make any time management strategy work. My favorite feature is the ability to mark tasks as "focus" tasks (similar to important in GTD) and also to assign a due date. When you do this, no matter which category you have the task grouped in, it will show up on the first screen when you open the app along with tasks that have a due date of that same day (urgent in GTD). This allows me to do the 2 things I want to do : 1) group tasks in various categories like calls, shopping, work, project a, project b etc. and 2) regardless of how they are grouped be able to see with one glance what I need to focus on RIGHT NOW! Task creation is easy from the mobil app as well. Not to mention that it also integrates with MindMeister which I use quite a bit to think through ideas and projects.

It is not listed in Android sharing options. I can not share a link or a photo directly to it. Your are ruining a very amazing application by such tiny bugs. On the other hand, i'd like to put a snapshot of a web page in it.. A snapshot and not a screenshot. If this is not applicable due to data size, could you make integration with Pocket AND Google Keep?

I love using MeisterTask on the web, and when I saw the app release, I was excited. However, when I open the app and go to link my google account, it signs me in but doesn't switxh screens - I had to close and re-open the app for it to change. It's also extremely slow and lacking any tutorial of sorts. I can't figure out how to delete some of my old projects or how to manage sections. Fixing all this would be nice!

Great app and concept, loving it so far. Just one problem - the app on Android (Samsung Note 5) once open goes not close. Please help with this and it is then 5 stars :)

For some reason, uploading attachment (ex: image) is broken in android phone, but working in ios system. Hope this function can be fixed in the next release.

I really like this application, but now I'm unable to logout of the account, please help me out.

Jed. M. Oct 2, 2016

At first I had technical difficulties with it then once I emailed them they worked with me to straighten out my problems when I attempted to murge two different email accounts with the app. It still may need a little sprucing up and a bit of bug spray but it seems to be a very useful app with interesting applications.

Feels like a web wrapper thats poorly executed. Screen Orientation changes, Cannot move a project from open to in progress or done in the mobile app, and so on.well the back button is a mess. please update the app.

tre. a. May 25, 2016

Been waiting fr this on android. Thankful its out. But speed feels like a browser instead of standalone app that syncs and make it faster like other todo apps. Hope they consider in next release.

Jos. R. Nov 10, 2016

Great app. But takes forever to load! Tried adding a to-do item 3 times, but got distracted during the 30 second wait (ie this review). Just use local data and sync it!

A. G. u. Sep 4, 2016

I see myself using this in the long term, but there are a few problems. Moving tasks eg. From in progress to done, requires too many touches. Needs to be a lot simpler. Also, the app is very slow to power up.

San. V. Aug 10, 2016

Most of the functions which are important are not available in the app like task counts according to the users and sharing not available. Would the developer team respond about the resolution

And. H. Apr 14, 2016

Meistertask desktop is brilliant, but this app is terribly slow to the point of being unusable. Please fix. Relies too heavily on constant connectivity. Perhaps it could rely more on the device with syncing ability.

Yah. F. Sep 23, 2016

You should make it work offline and when I connect to the internet,it syncs the changes . It seems like the website without the internet it's useless .

Ste. C. Jun 15, 2016

OK for project work but to be a daily driver I need a homescreen widget for instant view. Won't be ditching Wunderlist just yet!

Tho. V. Aug 5, 2016

Not bad for first release, indeed. Though it's high time to release the new version, and to update the tiny icons such as moving items in a checklist - I can barely use those buttons on my 5.5" inch monster.
