I enjoy having the convenience of the app but I don't understand why it has so many ads. I am already purchasing from you, you should have customer satisfaction in mind, not money. When I am trying to view a product and make my selections it interrupts with 30 second ads. Sometimes they don't load properly or freeze the app so I have to restart. Very frustrating

As so many others mentioned, it won't even log you in. It hangs indefinitelyat the request. I reinstalled three times. Username and password work, confirmed on the website. App=Crapp. I wouldn't waste any time installing, as you'll likely end up removing it, almost immediately. Come on, guys... make the app work. It's a great, away-from-your-PC, tool, if it would actually WORK.

Frustrating. I look for a store that I know is compatible with it and it doesn't see it I look for stuff I plug in what I want and I can't find it it does not work anything like the desktop version. I find the mobile retail partners marketplace unfriendly to use. It shows categories and nothing is in there for the day just wasting time.

It will not allow me to sign in via a mobile device into the retail partners such as Walmart or Sam's club. It acts as if I do not have an account, although all of my log-in information is correct. If I'm unable to use via a mobile, then instore pick ups will not work. Resulting in the loss of loyalty dollars that could've been earned.

It is terrible for Android app it hangs and everytime you use it or come out of it. It wants to download the android app again and when your shopping and you hit back button it signs you out. You don't receive your shopping points for Melaleuca after you finish with your retail partners. Why not cut out the middleman and shop directly from the retail partners web sites their app works quicker and better. I have tried with this app over 10 times and same results its horrible, horrible,

I was really looking forward to this since I do a lot of shopping with retail partners. However, it seems like an Android doesn't work well with this app. I have one, and honestly haven't been able to do a thing with this app. It just stays pending all the time. I would love to use it! Please fix, if you can, so your Android users can join in!

I love the idea of using the retail partners but I run into a few that don't work ... they say you need to upgrade to be able to get a Captcha challenge when logging into certain sites. So often disappointing.

Horrible! It doesn't work as it should. All the cashback/credit or whatever is pending for a few months and then it just disappear. When you check your earnings or total earned, it's 0. Already uninstalled it. Love everything from Melaleuca, except this app.

I love the idea of this but 9 times out of 10 it doesn't work for me? I've made so many purchases at Home Depot & about 1/3 of them show? Most the time when I use the app on my phone it shuts down & also says "can not make purchases from mobile device"... I'm disappointed I'm not able to take advantage of this!

I have loved using the app! There are stores available that aren't on the site and it makes for a much faster process than having to wait until I can get to my computer! Also, much faster and easier to see responses than the old site!

What is the use of this app if most of the sites don't work properly most of the time. Can log in and use accounts thus can't get loyalty points

Unable to login. Update: still unable to long in you think after all this time they would have fixed it

Horrible only 6 stores shown above when you search for another it says "no deals now" What? Also on.compuyer it pops up all the time but is unusable. Ridiculous

Very hard to use! Not worth the "savings" when you have to start all over several times because it's impossible to freaking use! Thanks for nothing!!

Not able to sign in, tried phone & tablet But it would be good as you do updates to have a barcode to scan when we actually in a retail partner store & buy something, we can scan barcode on app to still get LSD credit.

Uninstalled. Unable to login. App told me to go to the website if I had trouble logging in. Not even able to close the app using the "close" button in the corner. Will just be using the website from now on.

Wish they wouldn't release it when there are this many issues. Can't even log on, and the recommendation is to go to their website, which has no helpful troubleshooting,

I've used the browser version, but this won't even let me log in. Might want to consider getting this fixed, as I'm not the only one experiencing this. Your companies reputation is not being helped by this.

Awful. It's loaded with ads. So many that it barely functions. When it does function, its great. But that's rare.

Unable to access account. The app won't allow me to sign in using my credentials, the same info that I use on my computer. It needs to be addressed.

Very frustrating, I can even get it to download. I typically use my phone for everything. This would be very convenient

Can not open this app !! Keeps saying Retail Partners has stopped, restart app or send feedback. This seems to happen to a lot of customers, Not happy :(

Horrible doesn't merge with the marketplace at all! Everytime I go in it wants me to reinstall!!! Get this fixed because it's worthless!

So many ADS!! My friend has an iPhone and she said it doesn't interrupt with ads on hers. Please fix!

Looks like a really nice app to help using the marketplace easier. However, I am unable to sign in to the app. 😩

Can't log in. My computer is unusable for a time, so I guess I'll just go back to wasting money on everything I buy.

Doesn't load well, you lose connection, it is not convenient which sad because convenience is the purpose of the app.

Have downloaded several times but never been able to use because it won't let me login. Very disappointed.

Never lets me log in on my Android phone. We use the marketplace often, would be nice to get the app working.

I opened the app and there is no way to log in. I know my password and the only option available is no thanks or forgot password
