Melltoo Sells Your Stuff

If they're was a zero I would definitely be rating them zero. Once a customer places the order & it's accepted by the seller, they say it normally takes a max of 3 working days for the products to be picked but that hasn't been the case, products can go for more than a week without being picked and the customer service team not helpful at all, all they tell you is they'll get back to you once the dispatcher responds🤦

I normally never go to rate apps, but the worst experience i had with this app made me come and rate so atleast someone finds it helpful before getting stuck with numerous problems. Poorest ever support. They have no idea about the bugs they have in their app. If I try to buy something, i get that the seller has changed the price, please try again. Sure, but where is the new price? How do we proceed purchasing with the new price? If you go ask the support, they are as dumb as it comes

Melltoo - Melting the Customers I cancelled two payments in melltoo done with my credit card. But till now not get my credit card refund back in my wallet or bank yet. The one transaction is done about 1 month already now. I contact customer care several times, but they not able to find a solution yet. worst customer care experience ever had in my life. My money already gone and i never suggest this app to anyone.

It's the most annoying platform of late. I ordered a size 38 shoe I recieved 42 . I requested for return courier collected the shoe for return after a long period to my surprise instead of refunding my money on melltoo wallet, they instead paid the seller. So my money taken and shoes returned to the seller. Trying to contact customer support, they are all not available for days to reply and fix the problem. Now am in total regret for ever joining such a platform.

Big harassment for buyer and sellers too. Specially for the seller. If you are selling any item and when it's not delivered on time, whenever you will inquiring about the item they will send you same message again and again, same like Auto reply. Not sure when you will get the payment or your item back..

The app is slow and never buy from card payment one of the seller said he had shoes of my size but when i ordered he said it was finished so buy another. when i asked for refund the costumer service is available only at 9 to 12 am and even at that time they don't respond my messages i have every screen shot of payment and details. I lost my money for nothing

Bad app, support comes in a days and buyers pay little. And the selling and shipping fees are high to cover the value of the balance they give people for free, meaning they take from you and give you, and if you pay, they tell you 50% of the bill from the balance and 50% cash .I mean, for example, they give you a balance of 30 riyals and increase the item for 30 so that you feel a discount, and the design of the application is bad, it gets stuck and you do not receive an SMS

Be careful before you misunderatand amd refer your friends to earn free credits assuming we can withdraw it. But its just free credit not cash so it cannot be withdrawn. You can only use your 50% free credits by shopping in that app and remaining you have to pay cash. So underatand the difference between free credits and cash. Smart marketing by melltoo. But the products in app are over rated and i doubt its genuinity. So CAREFUL before you refer you are only earning credits not cash.

Wonderful experience on this app...Only one problem I face, while chating with any user if u want to send him picture, there is no option to view or confirm the picture, for example if you wrongly touch any pic from ur gallery, it directly send to other without post confirmation..plz fix this thanks

Please fix the app i cant order anything it just keeps saying seller change the price , try again.. i want to buy but its not letting me.. please fix as soon as possible this bug is making me feel very sad as i really want to buy the item.. i tried everything even keep restarting but still says try again.. please fix this immediately..

the concept is cery good but unfortunately app keeps on crashing most of the time so its very difficult to use.

Worst platform I've ever seen. They're focusing only on money. 12% of commission from seller and AED 20 shipping charges. They are using their own transport even though you have to pay. Product is ours simply stolen the money from our pocket. There is customer service to speak. You have only chat option .

You can't withdraw amount. Just you can use in app. Plus only 50 aed you can at a time. Waste of time.

Application is full of bugs its bery slow and doesn't respond quickly. Kindly enhance it ASAP for

The concept is good, but it takes a very long time to sell an item till you recieve the money. The application is also buggy and needs to update.

This app is real and good. But my question is do we have to pay for delivery fee when we receive the item ordered online via this app?

Your order will be delivered in 10 days or more which is really bad, and no updates given.

The app keeps closing off, even after re-installing the app. Moreover, it keeps askibg you to log-in when you try to access anything beyond the homepage. It's a good thing I was able to transfer my money before it got stuck on there. How disappointing. Hope they can fix it.

i sold a two items so far the delivery was quiet So long To be able to deliver with the buyer & once the delivery complete The buyer Has a 3 days to accept or Return The item You couldn't even Chat the buyer nor Contact As They wont give you the Buyer's Mobile no. in addition into this once you requested to Widraw your hard earn money it takes another 7 Days Just to get the money which you've earned by using their platform and paying their Service fee and Delivery fee. little bit Dissapointed😑

Best apps for resale items for both Buyer and Seller. Very less price and good quality and performance items. Thanks to Melltoo to bring a good platform for easy, best buying & selling items.

This app needs a fully upgrade. It takes time to open, chats doesnt work no notifications most of the time. Very bad

It's a good apps for buy & sell but one think! when we're going for buying same time we need to pay self half price of full payment.So, please make sure for all customers full payment by from melltoo coin. Thank you🙏

Poor app performance and very slow service. With this service u cannot grow. everyday people leave .Improve payment process and delivery both maximum 2 days.
