It never let's me pay extra on my bill without calling then they want to charge me for paying it by phone.
I live in bloomburg,you can't use the outage map and zoom in, bloomburg disappears they need to put it back like it was

The app is not working, it will not connect. I can connect with anything else but this app will not connect. This needs to be fixed.
You need a new update to fix bug. Since I installed your last update, the app has hijacked my phone. It opens up on its own constantly when I try to use any function on my phone.
Can not see exact numbers on usage graph.
