Takes forever to load now. The app used to be flawless. For the last month or two, all the app does is load endlessly. Sometimes it takes about 2 minutes and others I give up and use my browser.
I've used this app for YEARS and am changing my review. The last few months it HASN'T worked, it won't load! I've tried reinstalling and anything else I could think of but nothing works. Please fix
I've been using this app for many, many months, using a fingerprint scanner to log into my account. Now, it's taken the fingerprint scanner login option away completely, and I have no way of accessing my account now. (I've lost the number linked to the account) so theyve basically just made this app useless for me.
It's terrible. I have yet to get a mobile check deposit to go through. None of my other banks have this issue. But member one loves to make doing business with them difficult. Hence why I've been moving my business elsewhere
Wonderful app! It has been a real helpful tool in keeping my accounts straight. You can set notification for low balance, large withdrawals, changes in balance from auto- deposits. It makes banking very easy and you can do it your way.
Hate the new update and how it has everything looking i prefer how it looks in the pictures you have up where everything is easily read and grouped together. With this update it makes it hard for me to see things grouped together and read. it seems to run together please fix it and make it appear like the pictures
Decent enough app. It will show your accounts, and let you set up automatic bill pay. It will show where you used your card, and how much you've spent. You can also make transfers, mortgage payments, along with a few other options I haven't used yet.
The news user interface is trash. The old one separated the pending and approved charges. The new design doesn't. Much harder to see what's pending and what's cleared. Other than that the app works well.
I love this bank and of course their app and websites are flawless too. Easy to use and very secure. Any issue I've ever had they have resolved it fairly and quickly, not to mention I have had an account with them my entire adulthood and can count on 1 hand how many problems I have had. I'M 35!! I will never bank anywhere else. Period. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE JUST A NUMBER ON AN ACCOUNT, TRY THIS BANK!!!
Everything about this app is great, except the deposit check part. It takes the worse pictures ever and has only worked once for me so far. I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone, not some old cheap flip phone.
the check deposit function this app is HORRIBLE!!!! Pictures taken are either skewed or cut off even though its within the recognized borders and inconstant on clarity when taken due to the guessing game of having to use the flash or not even in a well lit room. it shouldn't take 20 minutes and 15 picture attempts to deposit a check!!
It works great for me! Check my balance, make transfers, see what checks have cleared, anything that i could do online - I can do with the app, easier, and quicker. Much better than going to the bank!
I enjoy the app. Makes my banking easier. Takes a long time to load.
Never remembers log in information. And the app and website have no way to recover them. They say they send an email but it never works. I'm refinancing with a different bank. This is absolutely horrible customer service.
Great app but needs to allow more transfers a month than what they do now.
They need to figure out a way to make one lump sum withdrawal from saving side to transfer to checking when I am overdraft. In the past I have experienced the max number of transfers having been made for the month by the 15th of the month and I couldn't do anything electronically for the rest of the month.

Great secure banking from home. Easy to pay online bills! I have been banking with Member One for 35 years. I have used this app and has made it easy to transfer money for my accounts! Thank you for your kind employees as well!
Easy to use and intuitive
A little difficult with the endorsement side but overall pretty dadgum good.
Not keyboard swipe capable. Mobile deposit functionality is buggy
No bugs or issues. Clear and easy to use.
They make it very easy to see your account balance and your account history. Usually transfers are almost instantaneous which is very helpful.
After the update it now takes a great deal longer to login. With password it takes 30-45 seconds and with fingerprint even longer. Before it only took a few seconds.
The usage of this app is wonderful. I am very grateful to be a member one member. It allows me quick view of my bank statements, amount in my account, transferring of Money and viewing different things on my Account. The app is very easy and self explanatory. I am learning how to budget now because the app has the functions there. Definitely worth the download for any member one member.
Easy to use. Nice interface
I love it I can do just about anything with this app. What I don't love is I can't edit a payee's payment amount and/or payment schedule. My only option is to remember to go to the app every month and cancel the scheduled payment and make another payment, or delete the payee and re-enter with the new schedule/payment but since I don't have a paper bill to re-enter (have to have acct # and payment address) I have to remember to go in every month and cancel the hard-scheduled payment and re-enter
Very good, simple to use banking app. Only thing holding it back from 5 starts is more a banking issue, where they charge a fee for external transfers.
