I like the app. It's a little glitchy but does exactly what it's supposed to. With the last update, it stopped adding the classes to my calendar and when I turn that setting off and close the app, it automatically turns itself back on. Super annoying. Not to mention that I still want to be able to choose which calendar my reservations are added to. Also, when I choose a day, the classes that show up are actually for the following day. I'm on Tuesday but the date shown is for Wednesday.
The app keeps crashing when trying to set my date of birth. This needs fixing, I haven't used it yet as I cannot set my profile
With latest update application is froozen. Tried everything like installing and unistall, clearing cache. Any chance to roll back to prior stable working version? It's really annoying, that simple software on which we have to rely stops working suddenly with a new update and there is no alternative solution in meantime like web application.
I loved the app, but since the update I can't see anything on this app, no members that signed up, just classes. I miss it the old way. Can it be fixed?
Doesn't work on my android since the update. I have been having to log in to the website that was designed for individuals without smart phones.
Still freezing, i have to uninstall everytime i have to get a class, and i have to speedrun it cuz if i don't do it in the next 2 mins the app freezes on the main screen no matter where you are, also changing apps immediately causes this problem
This App is working as can be expected and I am happy with that. As of 2022-02-14, this app is working again for me, after 3 weeks... As I have made no changes and there is no new update I assume previous freeze where related to some DB issue.

Poorly Designed Update, used to work, now as others have pointed out, it freezes on the main screen. Completely unusable.
The app is a bit too slow for my taste, you need to wait for the list of classes to load, to get reservation confirmed. Also, the new check-in button dies not work (Sony XZ2). Would love to be able to change the landing page to the schedule of classes as this is the primary purpose of the app (for me at least - and now I need to tap the app, tap the menu, tap the classes part...).
Horrible. It sticks constantly, freezes up and I can't get any functionality out of it without leaving and going back in and then the sticking and freezing process starts again when viewing the schedule or enrolling/dropping classes. Please fix it, and also give us the availability to view schedules and classes in multiple types i.e., not just a single day. Give us the ability to directly contact our gym. Make a push notification function for teacher cancelled classes.
Freezes on the first screen. I have installed this app three times already. After the update, u can't click anything.
Your last update broke the app. It's just frozen in the main screen, if it even gets there.
Downloaded the app, but it won't allow me to actually create an account. The opening screen takes me to a login page, but there only links for "forgot username" or "forgot password" on the login page and no "create account" option anywhere that I can see. How do I use the app if I can't actually create an account? Selecting the forgot password or username links only works if you actually have an account and email already set up with the app. Are we to go elsewhere besides the app to create an account, as that seems terribly inconvenient, or am I missing the option somewhere else?
Pretty solid app. All the features I want, and good efficient operation. Only minor complaints are sometimes slow responses even with good data/WiFi. And also clicking on a notification about tomorrow's workout, and having it open today's workout and my having to manually switch days to tomorrow.

Great way to get into a class with size limits. Saves time and provides easy options for changes. If I could do it with less than 4 taps. Say 2 and done that would be great. Thank you, Bill
clean, professional, curtious and affordable. the trainers are awesome, they attend to you when they see you struggling or just getting started and need a little more time to adjust. they definitely do not leave you hanging if you aren't a custom the the gym yet. i would Highly recommend this place, yes!
Great experience so far. The app runs smoothly and is fairly intuitive. I haven't quite figured out how to upload the profile pic reliably (Samsung A30s), but that's not really stopping me from using the app.
It's a fairly straightforward app, easy to use. Negatives are that it doesn't tell you how many classes you have left anymore, and doesn't allow you to register or cancel within 8 hours of certain classes.
THANKS FOR FIXING THIS APP. SINCE THE LAST UPDATE I HAVEN'T HAD ANY ISSUES. Horrible, does not work for Samsung users. The members in our gym that are not having an issues, have apple products. Samsung users are having issues. This have been going on since June of 2018. Please fix. This is the main platform for us to reserve a class.
Works great and responds quickly. There isnt a lag in showing what you have signed up for or cancelled. It did delete my picture for some reason which is why I am rating at 4 starts....one day some zoomed in pixelated words showed up.
Note 10+ Updated 7/29 APP is back to what it was before. Able to successfully register and check in for classes. Thank you for the response. You right next time I'll be a bit more descriptive 😅...my bad on that Not sure what yall fixes but the register page works now and doesn't glitch out looking at my reservations . Thanks
App has always worked until the last update. I now can no longer reserve classes or drop classes. I use a Samsung. Also emailed the developers right away when I saw the issue and have not heard back. I now have to text my coaches to reserve a spot for class.
The experience is pretty primitive, the app is actually useless unless you get the log in info from the gym or instructor. It would be better to be able to create your own account and choose from the different gyms and instructors that use the app as a platform
The app UX is pretty terrible. Classes sign up is the most popular function for me but to get to it you need to open the side menu. I mean why have the app open with just a big nothing, can't you add a button to schedule class? Ok. Signing up for a class. Clicking on time. It gives a membership choice. I only have one membership, why confirm it for every class? Switching a day has a refresh-load delay. The app decided to get new days schedule from the internet only now? I can keep going. Sigh
Works fine however I do encounter an unexpected error with a red box at least once a week and have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Thank goodness I remember my password after the fourth time of it happening.
Cannot log in. Tried reinstalling, rebooting, and clearing app cache. Nothing works on mobile (Pixel 3a Android 10). Logs in perfectly fine on web. Friends on iOS don't seem to have this issue. My gym bookings currently depend on this. Please help!
Your app is so frustrating. This password field has some of the worst user experience I've had in a while. The way it's set up at the moment I can't view or autofill the password field . Using a secure password from a password manager isn't possible and entering a 14 character random password with symbols becomes a guessing game.
Can we have a setting for email, calendar, and push reminders separately? I am receiving push notifications for the new Social feature despite my setting for it turned off in the app. Also, my plan is paused until day x, and when I try to reserve for day x before that day, I get a dialog saying I cannot resume because it's paused. But I am trying to reserve for the day when it is unpaused so that logic doesn't make much sense.
