One of the poorest designed apps I have seen! No instructions of any kind but that is not surprising given the terrible instructions for assembly as well. The alarm function has not worked most of the time. I did get it to work once but it only adjusted the bed when I had it set to play alarm as well as adjust bed. Very poor product.
Awful app. Adjusting the bed never wants to work. It connects and disconnects all the time. When it stays connected there is a long delay after hitting the buttons so the bed is never how you want it. Most of the settings don't work on the app too. I can't adjust my head tilt, use the massage feature, the zzz, flat, zero gravity, or pesets. The alarm is terrible and freezes my phone and doesn't raise the bed as it says it would. I have to restart to shut it off. I uninstalled.
App works great. Very ugly and outdated UI but functional. Ignore the others complaints about permissions needed, it no longer needs access to storage(At least on android 12) and location permissions are required by any app that uses Bluetooth so there is no way around that. Only giving 4 stars because the UI is blurry and outdated. Also had to restart the app a few times before it would connect the very first time, but now it stays connected and has minimal lag.
Very poor UI but the it does what it needs to. Only thing I can't figure out: how to adjust the time when I turn on massage. On the physical remote you press the clock button. On the app, I see the three indicator dots but can't see how to change it. Anyone else know?
Installed app on both my Samsung phone and tablet. Everything works just like the remote. App also includes 5 music sounds you can go to sleep by, along with a timer to cut it off automatically. An alarm is also provided in addition to a weather application. Overall this is a great app!
Works phenomenally. It was even able to automatically distinguish between my side and my partner's side. I highly recommend getting this in case your remote comes up missing or the batteries die and you can't find replacements before bed.
The app sometimes does some of the expected functions, but there's no help, instructions, or really even labels. Working seems more like a happy accident than design. Really, really troubled by the app permissions required. You need to read and modify my storage? You need to access my network? For a Bluetooth app? Very suspicious. Can't believe this app is for a unit made for a major retailer.
I found my two bases easily and was able to rename them to match with whose side of the bed they are. It does connect and disconnect a bit, but it doesn't really affect the functionality for me.
I have the bases set up and the remotes work but when I tried from the app after connecting to one of the bases in settings and it doesn't do anything. After I select the base and settings it goes back to the remote screen and it says connection successful but I can't control the beds.
Using this app with a split king bed, 2 twin xls. In settings there is a selection for bed A, both beds and bed B. I can not get this setting to work. I cannot change the temperature setting to Fahrenheit on my tablet. The app works well but feels a bit unfinished.
Staying connected via Bluetooth is a real issue. Can't switch degrees from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Back button exits app. Haven't tried other functions yet. That was the first 10 minutes of using the app...
It could use some UI improvements but when I turned on my gps, I found the base bed and viola the app worked. People might have a poor experience if they dont know they need to select the mac address of device (named base...xyz) and their gps needs to be on.
it would be great if this app would stay connected. but it doesn't. I can't think of any other app I have ever had take ask me such a headache. that being said I keep it omri so I can fight with it when cats have knocked my remote off the table and out of sight.
Was working great till now. It worked for a year but now will not connect to base. The base shows in the phone bluetooth but app does not connect to it anymore.
The only "features" that work well are the ones that give the developers access to more private information than they actually need to provide the (worse than intermittent) functions within this "app" - if you can even call any component of this "app" functional . Google needs a negative star rating. Uninstalled this "app".
This app has never worked. It doesn't even search for a Bluetooth device to connect. I want to use it, but can not. Disappointed, to say the least.
Works fine but I get a crash notice an average of 8 times a day, sent crash reports but no one seems to care so time to uninstall
Half a star. This app doesn't work, you will not be able to control your expensive bed. Members mark needs to upgrade this app immediately!!!!
Functions have been working as expected but it definitely needs a UI update.
works with running regular functions however wont pair to the point I can use the alarm functions.
App pairs to the bed says its connected but then doesn't work when you select an option
Connects for about 2 seconds and then disconnects from Bluetooth.
Apo constantly crashes, since the last update.

You can't adjust massage time
This app does, in fact, successfully adjust my bed base (once it connects). But there's no documentatio), and it's full of poorly-implemented fluff I'll never use. Why does a bed app need weather anyway? Update: I finally figured out how to set memory positions. You have to hold the button down for several seconds. I'm not sure how long, because there's no feedback to indicate when the position has been set.
