Albuquerque is a city in New Mexico, not a state. When filtering for local amenities the app gives me businesses for the entire state when I use Albuquerque and Albuquerque area. If I then filter using Albuquerque in the list of businesses, I only get those with Albuquerque in the name. This app could use some attention to detail. Thank you for your time.
I'm using this app. with the WMRA Member Card on a Samsung J7. In my opinion this app. needs work. I find the filter function frustrating to use and lacking, the list of participating businesses out of date, and the discount redemption feature needs some work.
Make sure you enter the hyphen shown on the plastic membership card you receive by mail, otherwise the app does not activate. I emailed customer service, and Kristin responded in less than 5 minutes. The app works well. Thank you!
This app is useless. I filter for businesses in my area and it shows a blank page. The app only gives me places in Michigan and elsewhere. I live in Wisconsin.
App works good as long as you know the Name of the place you want to go. You still need your book to locate property in each town
This app really is useless, I enter a City and the list is blank, Even though I know there are listings for that city.
App would not open. kept asking the same questions over and over. 8 finally uninstalled it.
Insane amt of spam calls after install, 10 calls within the last 20 hours. Uninstalled, not worth it.

The only offers coming up are things over a state away. It is giving me none of the local benefits.
The Vendors listed won't accept the app. They insist on seeing the card.
If I have traveled to Cedar Rapids & wish to see which dining places I can use my benefits card, the app is of no help since it will not display all the qualified places. I must carry my benefit booklet. So, why is the app an advantage?
Here is an update... I sent feedback about my problem that many others had too. The bug was fixed almost immediately. Now that is service!! The same problems as others reported. Every time I try to use it, it says unfortunately it has stopped. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It worked one time and then crashed again.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every time I install the app and attempt to create an account I have no success! After inputting my email address and creating a password, it doesn't allow me to input my access code. My code has an S in it, and every time I type the S, the app changes it to a 5. This results in an incorrect code and, of course, the app won't create an account. Very frustrating and extremely disappointing. It's difficult to believe my station, NET, has allied itself with this horrible app.
Will not open. Keep getting message..."Unfortunately, MemberCard has stopped". Tried uninstalling, re-installing, and still nothing. When we got our actual member card, it came with info about the app, and I installed immediately. It WAS great to look up different benefits, and I even used it at a local restaurant. But there seems to have been a recent update, and ever since then... nothing. I would give ZERO stars if I could. If it gets fixed, I could re-rate. FIX THIS!!! PLEASE!

I tried to create an account and use the activation code on my member card, following the instructions. I got a message that my activation code doesn't exist but my card is good until 2/17.
The reviews of this app are terrible and a lot of people seem to be having trouble. I had no trouble at all accessing two memberships, I'm seeing the same stuff that is listed in the booklets we receive with the member cards. It's not exactly fair to ding the app because restaurants still like to see the actual card - these shifts take time. I'm glad to not have to keep the booklet with me to know what benefits we have access to. I'll keep the cards in the car just in case. So far so good.
