Members 1st is always right on top of anything that needs to be taken care of at any given time, especially credit card fraud... they stop fraudulent activities before it happens ie: twice they prevented my checking account from being accessed and used via my debit card! They're freaken awesome!
Argh, went from an okay app to an unusable one. After the update (which I hunted down and installed because my mobile check deposit wasn't working!) the app wont even OPEN now. I enter my password and it says "the database is unavailable." Waah, wah, waaaaah.
Appears to be secure, its easy to use and rarely crashes. That's all I could ask for, thankyou.
Hadn't tried a reinstall in a week or so...just did so and app seems functional now...hope it lasts this time...good luck...now to check remote deposit...
Works great! Can check account balances, cash checks, transfer funds between accounts, etc.
App crashes on tablet when trying to open. App on phone works but has a few glitches with displaying information about my account
This app has made it so I can't log in to my bank account... Worked fine before.
can't even log into my account when both my user name and password are correct!

I got locked out because of the password being incorrect but there's no visible link to help me reset the password in my own. I have to wait to call in during business hours which is a pain because I am awake at night working and sleep during the day.
Would be nice if the remote deposit feature ACTUALLY WORKED. I tried like literally 100 times following all the instructions perfectly and no deposit.
Very useful and secure.
The app used to work great. But after the update I have not once been able to use the mobile deposit. It is awful the photos are always blurry no matter how clear and well lit everything is it can never read the check. Very frustrating.
