I love being able to get all my information in the app. I wish I could request a new ATM card through the online services, I seem to never receive it when I request it over the phone.

Works great with phones and pc's, but need some work to be better compatible with Chrome OS for Chromebooks. Though the app works, there are some times when display get pixelated or whited out. Just a few tweeks will help. Also, need to work on ability to do mobile deposits though scanning with camera - not available currently.

The App is alright. One thing that would make this a better banking experience would being able to lock and unlock our debit cards at our own valision. In other words being able to lock and unlock our cards when we want too. To provide us with more since of security.

I would like to be able to see pending transactions like ach withdrawals & electronic deposits. B4 our banks merged, that app allowed for that. Now I would have to call for that info. Kind of takes the convenience out of this app. Also, text alerts. When it alerts me to a deposit, tell me the amt as well!

Exceptionally handy and Useful. Keeps all track of your accounts and spending. Well organized. Easily transfer funds and make necessary payments and take out loans. Great way to keep track and have confidence about what's in your account.

Great for checking my balance and sending secure messages but there could be more options, like being able to deposit checks, turn my debit card on and off. It could be more tech savvy I guess is what I'm trying to say.

I'm very pleased with this app. I do, however, have a suggestion. This app needs a settings feature that you can turn on that will give you a push notification every time you make a purchase or deposit, stating the amount of the transaction and the new balance.

Wish you could do more things in the app like transfer money from you personal savings to checking. Or even help in finding other share branches instead of downloading a seprate app. Or being able to pull up your card on your phone to make payment electronically. Like chase or bank of america.

This app used to load quickly. Since the latest update it takes longer, and often multiple attempts, if it doesn't just timeout first. It's an easy app to maneuver once you get in.

It's gotten very slow I don't like my password being up so long an I can't log out all I can do is turn the phone off later the app will close on It's own sometimes I can't log on please fix this app It's my only way of checking my account thank you for giving me away to let you know

I do like the App very much. One thing I'd like to see different is a way to make deposits by scanning checks like most financial institutions are offering to their customers. I am hoping MCU will be able to make this possible and in the near future. Thanks!

I've never been more pleased with banking. You get 24 hour access to your accounts and can do anything through the app. They have excellent customer service and support. I will be banking here for the foreseeable future.

I've had this app for over a month, and used it transfers and setting up automatic payments. WORKS GREAT.
