I love being able to get all my information in the app. I wish I could request a new ATM card through the online services, I seem to never receive it when I request it over the phone.

Works great with phones and pc's, but need some work to be better compatible with Chrome OS for Chromebooks. Though the app works, there are some times when display get pixelated or whited out. Just a few tweeks will help. Also, need to work on ability to do mobile deposits though scanning with camera - not available currently.

The App is alright. One thing that would make this a better banking experience would being able to lock and unlock our debit cards at our own valision. In other words being able to lock and unlock our cards when we want too. To provide us with more since of security.

Easy to use and navigate. I love the four digit code to enter quickly. If in the future I have any problems with it, you'll be the first to know. Thank you.

I would like to be able to see pending transactions like ach withdrawals & electronic deposits. B4 our banks merged, that app allowed for that. Now I would have to call for that info. Kind of takes the convenience out of this app. Also, text alerts. When it alerts me to a deposit, tell me the amt as well!

Exceptionally handy and Useful. Keeps all track of your accounts and spending. Well organized. Easily transfer funds and make necessary payments and take out loans. Great way to keep track and have confidence about what's in your account.

Great for checking my balance and sending secure messages but there could be more options, like being able to deposit checks, turn my debit card on and off. It could be more tech savvy I guess is what I'm trying to say.

I'm very pleased with this app. I do, however, have a suggestion. This app needs a settings feature that you can turn on that will give you a push notification every time you make a purchase or deposit, stating the amount of the transaction and the new balance.

Wish you could do more things in the app like transfer money from you personal savings to checking. Or even help in finding other share branches instead of downloading a seprate app. Or being able to pull up your card on your phone to make payment electronically. Like chase or bank of america.

Very reliable! Never have to go to the bank. I've used it for years. Never disappoints. Developers always fix issues promptly and actually respond when seldom issues arise. Thanks guys!

This app used to load quickly. Since the latest update it takes longer, and often multiple attempts, if it doesn't just timeout first. It's an easy app to maneuver once you get in.

User friendly, immediate checking to savings transaction.

Great tool. Easy to use . Great security on it.

Loaded fine after logging into the on-line web service and setting the password there. graphics are a little off, but gives me the information needed. Glad to have an online app.

I'm impressed so far. Setting up can test you but once it's done you will like this new app. I really like the finger print login option. As I try more of the features I may edit this review.

It's gotten very slow I don't like my password being up so long an I can't log out all I can do is turn the phone off later the app will close on It's own sometimes I can't log on please fix this app It's my only way of checking my account thank you for giving me away to let you know

I do like the App very much. One thing I'd like to see different is a way to make deposits by scanning checks like most financial institutions are offering to their customers. I am hoping MCU will be able to make this possible and in the near future. Thanks!

The app has definitely improved over time, and I appreciate the fingerprint integration for ease of access.

It works over all very well it could have more features on the site and orbif they have them make them easier to find like for instance pending deposits

EXCELLENT still; but can you think about adding a code to login instead of a password...just a thought. Also lock/unlock the card and get some type of secured/safe cash app.

Pretty good. Had a question about p2p though. For a few weeks or maybe even a month now that option disappeared and just today it reappeared. Any reason as to why?

Issues logging In. Keeps telling me credentials are incorrect, but then I log on prefectly fine through internet explore. Which is inconvenient

was looking forward to depositing checks. Now, for some unknown reason, I can't see the totals for each account that I saw just the other day. Tech challenges exist with MCU.

Don't enjoy jumping through hoops to login. Shouldn't have to get a passcode sent by text after I've been signed up for a few months now. It should accept my login

I've never been more pleased with banking. You get 24 hour access to your accounts and can do anything through the app. They have excellent customer service and support. I will be banking here for the foreseeable future.

App not working anymore. Just shows blank account screens. No updates and not supporting Android phones anymore.

I've had this app for over a month, and used it transfers and setting up automatic payments. WORKS GREAT.
