The only reason to have this app is to do mobile banking and yet, every single time you choose that option it crashes. I've had it work ONCE in the several months since I've downloaded it out of hundreds of times. It's easier to use the mobile site version on your browser. Don't waste the space on your phone.
Error codes after error codes. If I can get signed in, it's very convenient and easy to use. But if I ever need to do a quick money transfer or make a payment on a loan, the app is far too unreliable. This most recent version especially
App works fine, until I go into the bill pay dashboard. Once in there, i can no longer return to my account page. If I close the app then restart it & log back in, it sends me directly back to the bill pay dashboard. Why can I not get from this bill pay dashboard back to my account page?! Horrible!
App works like half the time. I only ever use it for mobile banking but at least 50% of the time theres a random error that wont let me sign in or tells me theres an error 500. Or I enter my info correctly and it says its wrong. Also the finger print option was so convenient but now it doesnt work at all and if i try it once the app bugs out for like the rest of the day and I'm not able to get into my accnt. Lots of problems need to be fixed asap.🙏
It gets the basic of looking at my account done. But sometimes not even opens, it crashes most of the time. I push my phone's back button to go back but it goes back to the start and has me log in. Finger lock stopped working... just small things that make it kinda annoying
This app worked great until recently. For several months now I can open the app and look at most of the menu items but the moment I touch "Mobile Banking" the app crashes. To me that's the most important part of the app! What use is it if I can't look at my account?
I think this app would be way better if it opened with just the online banking, and everything else is second hand or something. Kind of hard to navigate, and also could be a little more user friendly. Great bank though.
Its glitching and I can't even get into the log in area. Usually love using it but since this past 2 weeks I cant check my balance and I'm not really happy about it. I'd report a bug problem but I cant find where to do that.
It was fine at first. Now it stops working whenever I open the app. I can't use my fingerprint to open it, whenever I click on mobile banking it shuts down.
App has had problems crashing at sign in for over a year and is very clunky to use when you do finally get signed in.
I don't know what has changed. But everytime I select "Mobile Banking" the app immediately closes.
it was working fine and now i can't access to my account.. we i open it . and try to go to mobile bank. it shuts off. it saids app keeps stop working
app sucks. I can only log on and see my account info for maybe 20-30 sec. before it goes back to the log in screen.
Great place. I was in a hard spot there for awhile and I went in and talked to Members first and told them what was going on and they helped me through every step of the way. I will always bank with Members First Credit Union.
When trying to log in about 70% of the time it don't work. Has alot of issues.
Mobile banking is on self destruct mode all of the time. Cheap crappy app.
Worst banking app I've ever used and it must have done an update because it's even worse hard to believe but it is complete garbage

This app continually crashes until I uninstall and reinstall it.
I rely on this app for all my banking needs and it works great.

This has been my Mom's bank (credit union) along to with myself for many years
UPDATE: It's been a year and a half since the update for this app and still it doesn't save your credentials on Android phones. Very disappointed. Great credit union, horrible app.
I know security is paramount but I have to log in from the beginning every time.

I hate to give it a one star with how long we have been with the bank, but I haven't been able to use the app for over a year now. It just crashes on launch because of the new android version. It honestly concerns me that a bank hasn't updated am app in almost a year. I concerns me because of the very clear insecurities in the computer science and cyber security team if an app isn't even functional and hasn't been updated in a year. They're a bank they have money it's time to use it...
