Horrible app there is always an error or server is timed out problem. If I was to go out of town and want to check my balance on the app I would be screwed indeed.
Not a customer friendly bank. They charge you each time you use your card as a debit card. They only pay account interest quarterly.
Been with them 29 years. Never disappointed. Ever.

I have had so much trouble with this app trying to log into my account and so much trouble with the bank itself not worth the time to download the app or have the bank account
It's nice that there is an app for this credit union. But it's design and layout reminds me of a 1990's website! The biggest complaint I have is that there is no password recovery option! I had to call the credit union's customer call center and wait for a representative to manually reset the access to the app. And that still didn't resolve the forgotten password issue. Thankfully the awesome representative I spoke with multiple times was able to reset my password for me. Why wouldn't you include a forgotten password link in the app? The whole point of having the app is convenience. This was not a convenient experience in any way!
Update: I appreciate Blake assisting with the app's camera glitches. I use this app quite frequently and with the exception of the remote deposit issues (which are being fixed) everything else is great! I enjoy seeing all of my accounts in one place.
Started force closing this month. Can't switch to view other accounts.
Remote deposit rarely works. Today I after 30 minutes of trying to deposit remotely, I gave up and drove to the credit union. I never have any problems making remote deposits at my other banks. The message I get says its unable to read the amount correctly. It's very frustrating that this app is the only one that gives me problems.
