It does the job for MY personal but basic needs. All but one major feature that's lacking. Member MHFCU to other MHFCU member transfers... They say at the branch locations you're able to, but I'm yet be told to how to do it in, thru the app. Not thru the desktop pc version. They don't seem get the difference unfortunately... If they could make this available and work thru the Android app and I could rate 5 stars. Otherwise, it's just a 3 and OK!
Although you can view statements through the app, you can't print them. You still gave to go to the website like before. I thought this would make it easier and more convenient for the customers. Why did you put a print/save button on there if it wasn't going to be active. You should be up front and say the app is view only.
Sometimes the app doesn't work. Normally its when there is a large deposit coming in. After about an hour it will work again. Other than that, the app is perfect. I love that I can check my balance and pay my credit card with it!
super nice app, especially for how small of a chain this is. Everything is easy to read and access and gives plenty of the nice features that bigger banks offer on mobile, like taking a picture of your checks to deposit them! great experience.
Have been using for about two months now. The UI is a little dated but that should be expected. Still can do everything you need for online banking needs from transferring funds to taking pictures of checks. Good app maybe abit dated.
Easy to use with many features that allow me to transfer funds, make remote deposits as well as monitor my accounts. The bill pay application is very convenient.
I love the app the way it is! It makes mobile bank access so much easier to check my accounts and use the awesome features that are in there! Please Keep the mobile app the way it is!
Works well 8 out of 10 times. Have had issues with camera picking up photos of deposits. No recent problems after updates.
Great app, easy to use. But can't access the app if it is under maintenance and that happens frequently at the worst times.
this app is SOOOOO much better than that last piece of trash. I couldn't even login on the other one it was absolute trash, I may start actually using this bank more now that I dont have to go to the branch just to check my balance :)
It's a blessing to have access to my account at hand, make payments, transfers, check deposits, history more!! I love it!!
I love that I can just use my fingerprint to open the app securely. Things are laid out very easily to get to and I can pay my bills in a snap.
Error occurs after every deposit and logs you out. Can only see a couple lines of account, huge header that is good for nothing
This app is much better than the original! Everything seems to operate smoothly and I love the quick login option with fingerptint recognition!
Now that mobile deposit is working, the app works great! Have not tried all options, but it is much better than the previous app.
It keeps aying invalid password but I know it's the correct one. This app sucks. I like the older version better.
Half the time tells me my password is incorrect (it's not, it's been the same for years) and frequently can't provide acct history for whatever reason
Very easy to operate. Find money, do transfer and check balance. I really like the Members Heritage credit union.
User friendly, handy, dependable. I can pay friends and other members, pay bills, most anything I need to do.

The latest app has more features I use on a daily basis. It is very helpful to deposit checks and transfer funds between accounts.
The convenience of transferring money to different accounts and making loan payments alone deserve the 5 stars in my opinion.

I typically don't like change but I am loving the new MHFCU app. Super easy to use.
Easy to use. Only thing I would change is to be able to view credit card transactions on the app.
It's pretty finnicky and sometimes I cant even log in. But when I can log in it works pretty well.
Can be a little glitchy (have used on three different cell phones, so not the device)❗
The Members Heritage Credit Union is very user-friendly and on all the occasions that I've needed information, I've found it very easy and accessible. But.... I'm having to revise my review, due to the fact that I haven't been able to pay my bills through bill pay for the last 6-7 months, and still have no resolve to the issue!! The app is not allowing me to access a lot of things and I'm having to pay my bills through "picture pay" * the only function that app is allowing me to use.
