The app used to work fine, but it is horrible since the last update. Everytime I login it remains on the m1st red logo screen. I called customer service and they recommended I reinstall the app. I did, and the app still doesn't function properly. Not to mention I was on hold for over 10 mins just to be provided a solution that doesn't even work.Please find a better solution or I'll find a better bank.
Updated app is horrendous. Definitely switching banks if its not corrected soon. Update: This app has been a nightmare since the day it was updated. Constant glitches. Never can view your deposit history for mobile deposit, always says unavailable- and doesn't ever just solhow your accounts without you clicking another function in the app and then going back to accounts. Not sure why anyone would let this go under the radar, especially when the original app was incredible.
It'll work for a little bit and after weeks, it won't let me log on anymore. It just stays on the log on screen. I've downloaded a few times each time it does that.
This App is TERRIBLE. For many updates, I have hoped it would be ready for me to use. I literally have to Uninstall and reinstall everytime I use the APP.
If it ain't broken don't fix it. Never had problems before the app was updated. It's been a nightmare after the update. Each time l either have to restart my phone for the app to work or uninstall and reinstall entirely. Y'all doing too much, keep it damn simple M1st!!! I will rate this zero star if l could.
The app is awful. I can never access my account! Even if I Uninstaller and then reinstall it still doesn't open my account. It's very frustrating. It used to be very dependable and easy. Please go back to the old app!!
I can never login to this app even with the updated version. I have to go the website to access my account. It's really an inconvenience.

Can you please fix the log in. I can only log in once per day without restarting my phone. Its very annoying! It would also be a nice feature to be able to update demographics.
I can no longer get into my app on the first or even 2nd try. I get the error, unable to access at this time. I keep signing in and out till I can get in.
This could be the most counter-intuitive app I have used. Continually have to talk to a rep to see where something is at. Now I can't even figure out how to close the chat!
Downloaded new update and it still tells me to update it, besides based on what I've seen about the recent update I'm not even sure if it would matter. Not switching to Members1st until the problem is sorted
Cannot log in most of the time! The red screen appears and cannot go any further. Why do we get ads? I don't like this at all. I think we as members pay for this app and we should not have ads, period.
2022 and this is still a problem PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!! NOV 3RD this is still horrible!!!!! After 19 years of being a member this has me ready to switch!!! So frustrating!!!! 👎👎👎
I have to start the app, log in, and close it twice before it lets me access my account every single time. I only use the app because the website is always broken. Currently searching for better bank for a number of reasons, I've been banking with M1st for years but I think it's time to move on
Updt 2/11: happened twice today, & once yesterday. Update: Not much has changed since early Last year. App still freezes on Red screen @ sign on. Yes, I update the constant revisions. Yes, I uninstall the old app before installing the revisions. Very pathetic customer service. Unreliable mobile tool.
I am not pleased with this app, have to try 4 or 5 times each day to access my account. Members 1st can do a lot better. I even uninstalled app and then reinstalled. It was good for 2 days, then back to same problems. This needs to be addressed. I have even called Members 1st to ask for help and was informed that it is probably my iphone( which is only 1 yr old) or my cable company. NOT!! I know the problem is not on my end. I think this app needs to be redone by people who really know what they are doing. I dont have any problems with any other app on my phone. Go Figure!!!
Its ridiculous that I must do a force stop to view my account. So tired of not being able to login. When it does work, my account summary is unavailable or its stuck on the loading page. It's hard to bank this way and is very frustrating.
I've not once been able to login via the app. I enter my login information, but the Login button doesn't work. I've uninstalled and re-installed, restarted my phone, etc and it hasn't helped.
The app works well on the rare occasion that it works at all. I can't enable biometrics on my phone and most times I can't login because the login button doesn't work. If the login button does work 8 times out of 10 all I get is the res logo screen. Everytime that happens I have to Uninstall and reinstall the app. And that happens almost every other day if not everyday. It's enough to make me want to chamge banks just so I can have access to my account. It's utterly ridiculous and useless.
For tha past YEAR this app gives me a message it can't access my accounts... I hit the pay/transfer button, then go back to accounts, and boom, there they are. It always has a message that my connection is lost even though it isnt. And about once a month the drop down for "from account" in the pay/transfer screen doesn't work (has nothing to do w the #of transfers). So I uninstall, then reinstall. I've uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I can't count. Get it together M1st.
PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!! Thank you for responding. On a daily basis, I enter my log in info, and it will not do anything when I hit the sign in button. I have to uninstall the app, reinstall it, then it allows me to actually sign in. It is very inconvenient. Many others are saying this in their reviews as well. I do not know exactly what you mean about "force close". I do not usually sign out. PLEASE GO BACK TO HOW THE APP WAS BEFORE THE UPDATE! Other people are having the same problem.
Please do an update this is very frustrating to take 20 minutes of verifications and stalling to try to access my online banking. I just had to unlock my account and type in verification codes three separate times and the app still won't launch. Do better.
I have to enter my login twice to be able to see my banking information. In the past, that wasn't the case. I hope this gets corrected, because it's a major inconvenience when you have to check your account balances and activity.
Edited: the beta version does fix the crashing issue. I've been using this app for a while and it rarely gives me trouble. It's really easy to make transfers or pay off your credit card without having to call in. The only issue is that you can't make more than six digital savings to checking transfers a month, but that's an issue with the law, not the app. Just something to be aware of before you start moving money around.
I can't transfer my money, within the app, into my other accounts without asking. It's overkill if I need to ask you to let me, a grown up, figure out my money. Had to pay a late fee on a loan because 5 people couldn't set up automatic payments. I can find another credit union...
